I had bought a few graphics cards from an online retailer by the name of "earl ross depot". Tracking ID: TGXXXXXXXXXXX The delivery/freight company, tgexfreights, had the package inspected multiple times, thus I had incurred multiple fees ranging from insurance to storage to delivery type, on behalf of the retailer. tgex freights had said the retailer will reimburse me through tgexfreight's systems or along those lines. Currently, I am not having my package delivered, which should consist a total of 8 units of graphics cards: 2 units from the original purchase agreement, 3 additional units from a second transaction occurrence from the first inspection conducted by Border and Customs, 3 additional cards from a second inspection conducted at a local warehouse. The total loss on my part is about $20,000 total paid to tgexfreights is between $10,000 to $13,000 The latest conversation occurred has tgex freights wanting me to pay an additional invoice, $2,000 for a refundable secure deposit, and ~$1,000 for other fees just for me to pick up my package from the local warehouse. I have highlighted that tgex freights promised multiple times delivery would occur. I do not believe they are entitled to further payments as I have been waiting for the package since early march 2021. I want to have the location of the warehouse and full clearance for a representative of mine to pickup the package in my name for me.

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2021/12/03) */ From: *******@tgexfreights.com <**********@bbb-email.org> Date: Mon, Nov 29, 2021 at 2:17 PM Subject: Re: Package Delivery: TGXXXXXXXXXXX Continued To: ***** <*************@gmail.com> Cc: ***** ****** <****************@mail.com>, <*****************@bbb-email.org> Hi ***** ********, Your shipper shipped more cards than he declared on the shipping manifest then he tried to allow someone pick up the package without your consent so he can take out the extra cards. That was the major reason why we decided to allow you pick it up at the local facility in Vacaville. BBB is aware of this findings and we will forward them proofs when they need it. If you do not pay the charges by tomorrow which is the end of November, then it means you will be owing for December as well. I advise we get this resolved within 24 hours so you can pick up the package. I am copying BBB again with this email. Thank you Billing Department TGEX FREIGHTS Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2021/12/08) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Hello Dear Company, I am responding to the entire correspondence that has happened after this response. The second correspondence they replied with said they would promise to make pickup happen and didn't want to extend beyond November 30th if I made the payment. Sent the money on the chance they may be faithful on their end of the promise. I have done what was asked from me and I have not received my package. I have paid for the storage fee and for a "fluctuations" fee that was pulled on me on the very last second, just like all the other fees I had to pay. In my last email response, there was silence, with no reply on the instructions for delivery nor pickup as promised. All I want is my package without any delay, and I fear this was all just a scam. I know the response will be asking for payment for fees or such, but promises on paper are deemed contractual. I will repeat, all I want is my package as promised countless times. I will not pay for any other charges. I will be pasting all of the email responses, starting with the response in regards to this specific reply so that others may see. From: ***** Mon, Nov 29, 2021 at 1:53 PM To: *******@tgexfreights.com, **********@tgexfreights.com Cc: ***** ******* *****************@bbb-email.org Hello, Why is it that information like this is never presented to me in the first place? Why could you have not fully explained this situation when there were "tampering" occurring to my package? Who is the shipper? If you are in contact with the shipper, why am I still paying for these charges when it's under his account that he shipped? I still disagree with paying the storage fees. You only said the amount was $2,260 when I sent this entire amount. I have been paying the entire charges, charges caused by the delay of the shipper, and caused by your negligence to advise the reasoning behind the delays. You had promised countless times you would deliver, yet you didn't, knowing that the delay was caused by the shipper? You knew the delay was caused by the shipper, but did not inform me, and still charged me for your services? >Company response to this email From: *******@tgexfreights.com *******@tgexfreights.com Mon, Nov 29, 2021 at 2:14 PM To: ***** Cc: **********@tgexfreights.com, ***** ******* *****************@bbb-email.org Hi ***** ********, The Shipper is denying the allegations and is saying he will not be involved with the package since I accused him of declaring a wrong quantity and trying to claim the package. You are the recipient of this package hence the invoices are made out to you because he refused paying for anything. it's been a long situation and I also want us to meet halfway. You can go ahead and send the storage fee and I promise to make the PICKUP happen once we receive the BTC. The BBB is in on this and I don't want this to extend beyond the 30th of November 2021. Please send the Storage charge and I will send you the details to pick up by tomorrow noon at the latest. Thank you.
