Paid $99.99 on January 6th 2024 for a ************** set for my daughter. I had purchased one for my wife in November and it took 2 months to arrive. The order I placed Janeuary 6th never shipped. Just wanted to clarify that I've tried to reach out to this company and my email was returned as undeliverable for their support email address, and their website appears to have been taken down. I have tried multiple times to reach them with no success.Initial Complaint

When I placed the order HSI automatically loaded a delivery address that was incorrect, and clearly different from my billing address. I immediately sent an email to the business to cancel the order or change the address to the billing address. Despite reaching out to HSI within two minutes of the original order and several times over the following ***** hours we have yet to receive a response. We even posted on their ******* (X) page. No response. There is no phone number on the website so I am limited to the email and chat box on their website. I am not looking for a refund, I simply want the items delivered to the correct address. I have received a shipping confirmation from **** showing a lable has been created but the Track It information still shows the incorrect address going somewhere in ************.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in August for a wet line set of 4 products and when I received the item there was only one item in the box. I've tried to call the company *************) and the voicemail was full. I also made several attempts to contact this company through the contact information provided on their website and have yet to receive any response. I filed a dispute with bank and the company provided proof the items were delivered to win against me. However, my issue was that the order was incomplete and they have yet to acknowledge the missing items or provide a partial refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered almost $300 worth of product mid Octgot an email thanking me for order and a second saying my items will be shipped soon with a tracking numberit was never shipped and cant get a hold of anyone. No phone number to call and several emails have gone unanswered. We are a couple days from December and still nothing. No products. No answers. And my money is goneCustomer response

I ordered a product from this company and my credit card was immediately charged. After several weeks the item was shipped to me. Once I received the item I noticed it was an old item ( the plastic handle of the flat iron was sticky )I didnt even completely remove the item from the box and emailed the company at once to request a return and refund. Ordered two 8oz bottles of ********* hair treatment on Jan 22 2023 from the *** Professional website- $14 a bottle. Order # ***30615. Order arrived on Jan 26 2023- one bottle was damaged in shipment and leaked out, saturating the shipping box. Order was not packed well. The second bottle was salvageable. Two email addresses and online chat go unanswered though I tried each several times. There is no phone number on the website for customer complaints nor a place to leave a review.Initial Complaint

On January 12, I ordered a 32 ounce bottle of shampoo and a 32 ounce bottle of conditioner from HSI professional.com for a total of $99.98. Order number HSI30540. What I received was a 6 ounce bottle of shampoo and a 6 ounce bottle of conditioner. I reached out to the company via their complaint forms and or emails multiple times and have not received a single response. I am unable to return the items because according to the email I received confirming delivery it indicates I received the correct items. My concern is if I sent back the incorrect items they would keep those items and not refund my money.
