This company came to our home and gave us a quote for the installation of artificial grass. Asked for a deposit to secure a date. We gave them a check for $1000 on June 25 it was cashed on June 26 the following day he called us to tell us the check had bounced we showed him our bank statements where the money did clear. We called our bank where they explained to us the money was successfully given to his company. We called him back and he stated the money wasnt in his account and that his bank would be retuning the funds of the returned check within 3-5 business days. We did not get the money back from ***** Fargo. We kept calling both banks and our bank continued to explain that he did receive our funds. On July 7 he then said he received a letter in the mail from ***** Fargo showing our check had bounced we asked him to send us the image and the letter and when he did we explained to him that that wasnt our check. He realized that it was a different clients check and said that he was sorry it was his mistake He apologized and said he would return the funds immediately to us but did not. We continued to call him each day We spoke to him and he said that he was going on vacation to please wait a couple days because he had problems with his account its now July 17th he doesnt return our calls or messages and he did not provide any service to us. Attached is the letter from the bank that he sent us ***************************** owner of Supreme Outdoors LLC showing that the check and name on the check is not ours. And attached is my check showing that is was cashed. Please help us get our money back we saved up so hard to work for this money to give our children a place to play and now he is just taking that from us for no reason. Because he made a mistake and doesnt care to make it right and give us back our money after not proving the service. He put us through so much calling banks and being super rude and disrespectful to us. Saying it was our fault and it never was.
