      The purchase of the Premium ******* refrigerator was made this past February 6th, 2023. Today it will be the 10th day I have had this lemon appliance. The item was supposedly new. The driver/technician struggled to open the door and when he finally did, the inner drawer cracked. *********, the store manager/owner offered to replace the drawer and he brought it to my job the next day. The tech plugged in the unit and left. The next day there was frost inside the bottom part of the fridge, yet it was advertised and described to be a frost-free product and the machine wasn't cooling well despite it being on a normal setting.My husband also noticed a slight dent on top of the unit. I spoke to the owner, *********, and complained about all this and asked him to act responsibly but he said once an item left the store I had to take it to the manufacturer. The next day after purchase I was stuck with this guy's garbage.I contacted the finance company Acima Credit to ask for cancellation of the contract but Direct Appliance must receive the defective product and give me proof of receipt so the lease can be dissolved. I am within the time to disagree with this abusive ripoff and I have the right to say no as an ******** consumer. This merchant has been called, messaged and soon I will come to the store, proceeding with caution and assistance, but he will not answer and is definitely avoiding me to not face his irresponsible actions.I believe the total sum that I will lose if I cannot get a favorable resolution is approximately $485.00 Dollars.

      We delivery her a brand new refrigerator. She was looking for the cheapest  refrigerator, we offered another model frost free but she took the cheapest which is  manual defrost. We change the broken drawer. *** didn't come to our store, she did everything over the phone, perhaps that's why she didn't  see our  sign  that shows all our sales are final.

      I am rejecting this response because: I never ask the merchant for a low cost only ask for a medium freezer for an efficiency. The new y two day I was calling and texting and never responded and I insisted to go there and change the freezer for a similar but never answered my text message and a lot of call. I can prove what I say. They disappeared and never give it to me any answer .
