      This company represents my HOA. Their communications over a water leak in my unit have ceased. They have failed to reply to two of my emails in the last two weeks. Their business practices are not trustworthy. They required me to pay for a plumber and send them an official report. When they sent a roofer to inspect the roof, they emailed me to say he reported back the opposite of what he told me. When I asked for a roofers report, they said he did not send a report. Very unprofessional for a company that deals with issues in people's homes.

      We are very glad you included attachments with your complaint which clearly shows that we did everything in our power as a management company to help you solve the problem, even when it was not our responsibility or decision. The board of directors for your condominium are the ones in charge of approving any repairs as explained before in emails we sent you, we even provided you with the board email for you to contact her directly. But you seem not to understand, and you're filing complaints about our company everywhere, and now this is becoming a harassment problem, we will be obtaining guidance from our attorneys in regard to your false accusations. Please conduct yourself accordingly, as we have proof of your reviews and harassment after we have explained to you in numerous times our company cannot make decisions for your condo only the board.

      I have been having issues with my being through this company. They have not provided me a payment book since the beginning of 2023 which I've asked for. I set up automatic payments and apparently that never went through. When I reached out I asked for digital billing and they said they don't do that and that I would receive mail which I have not. By ******* state laws before an HOA is able to send an individual to collections they are to give a 30 day notice which they did not. In December, I reached out to the company asking how much I owed and they didn't respond for a month. When they responded they informed me that it was sent to collections after they received my email. They need to pay the attorney fee not me because they failed to respond and to provide notification as required by law.

      There are always two sides to every story. Actually, that is not what occurred on this particular case; however, every owner is responsible for making their monthly payments on time and if the account was sent to collections is because several notices were sent without response to the same address the attorney sent the collection letter that you did receive. Not sure why you received the attorney letter, but not the statements we sent. For future reference as an owner, you have the responsibility to pay your maintenance on time every month and this not new to you because you have owed this property for some time now.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      According to the ******* statues notifications were supposed to be sent to the property address and my mailing address on file. I did not receive the *** notification to my mailing address nor the property address. Yes I am responsible for paying my bill and you are responsible to following the ******* statues before sending me to collections to notify me that my account is overdue. 

      Ive asked multiple times to get digital billing and was told I would receive a call if my account was in bad standing. But that did not occur. Ive asked your company numerous times to have your owner to give me a call and that has not occurred. 

      However, once it was sent officially to the attorney in January 2024 after I had reached out to the company in December 2023 with no response. The attorney did not send the documents to my mailing address only to the property address. I found out this data because your company gave me the attorneys phone number which I called. Then he sent it to the property and thats how we received it.

      I have not received any correspondence to my mailing address in *****.
