On or around April I was repeatedly contacted by an agent in regard to a solar system when asked about how much the system would produce vs my power bill, I was told he did not know and referred me to one person after another. After being badgered I gave in and signed a contract only to find out that I was being transitioned from Titan over to ************* as part of that deal I was given a free solar battery. Also I was promised they would add solar panels if there was an issue with my bill. I have all this on text, they would later claim this is part of compensation deal. They did offer to take $200 off my first bill. June 20th Waited as long as I could only to be informed their crew would not show up till 9 or 10. June 21st Hired neighbor $100 was informed that ************* could not shut power off , promised a $500 gift card when they returned on the 26th.26th No gift card, Hired neighbor again, ******** shut off power at 8am.(security camera) They installed an electric panel, which did not pass inspection, ********* finally restored power at 10pm. Work is still not completed.Note I worked as an electrician in this area for 10 years never once had a problem with Ga. Power.Because of power loss my freezer defrosted, cost est. $700 , I was inconvenienced I am 65 and in bed by 9;30 instead I was cleaning up mess. Tried to negotiate and was called a liar in some many words. Got that on text.So far I am out of $900 and the system is far from operational. Not to mention the major aggravation and stress of having my life turn upside down.On numerous occasions I attempted to reach a settlement ,he claimed it was not his fault, said he wanted to make it up but refused to do so. stated what other excuse will you have.I told them to stop work till a resolution could be found, his response "Once the system is installed it is final". I took that as a financial threat. I have witnesses and text.
