I have placed several orders in the past with 1up nutrition since 2018 and was always under the impression they do not use dyes and artificial coloring as advertised on their products. This past order placed on Black Friday I ordered snickerdoodle protein powder and it says right on the front no artificial coloring but the last two ingredients are listed for yellow 5 and 6 which should not be in food and is very harmful to consume.IN THE PAST I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME WITH RECEIVING A REFUND THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY WANT YOU TO PAY SHIPPING BACK FOR PRODUCTS BUT OFFER 100% BACK GUARANTEE. DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISING LITERALLY ]REQUESTING REFUND AND PAID SHIPPING FOR **** PRODUCT TO RETURN BACK TO COMPANY PLEASE REMAKE YOUR LABEL IF YOUR GOING TO HIDE DYES IN YOUR PRODUCTS THEN SAYS ARTIFICIAL COLORING ON LABEL IT SELFBusiness response

Customer purchased product on February 26th. Customer contacted ** on May 21st (3 months later) to return the product. Return was denied because it passed the company 30 days return policy. We can offer a full store credit, please email ** at ******************************************

Order number #******* Purchase date 11/30/2022 Purchased three Black Friday Sample packs as stocking stuffers and did not receive what I ordered. Only 1 shaker bottle was included in the purchase while three were supposed to be included. Also was told the 3 $10 gift cards would be sent in an email but never received them (checked spam as well). Contacted customer service and they were unable to help me and said they would not be able to cover shipping costs to return the items.Business response

This product only comes with 1 FREE $10 Gift Card, 1 FREE Red Shaker w/powder storage + 6 Free eBooks. Nowhere does it say 3 shakers or 3 gift $10 gift cards.
