I installed Zebra blinds by this gentleman RAFAEL the owner of the company, some electric around 3 months ago He sold them to me after he told me they last 4-6 months with each charge, that hasn't been the case within 2-3 weeks they run out of battery and being electric if they are empty while closed you cannot charge them and you are stuck.I reached out to him multiple times he's been nothing but trying to shift the blame not to mention disrespectful, saying that we are draining the batteries ( it's me and my older mother in the house as if we stay all day up and down the blinds so I get to contact him), stuff that a kid wouldn't even believe.After a hassle he came and said the charger he sold me is the problem.3-4 weeks pass by and again yesterday the same problem happened again while the blinds are half open.I contacted him today and nothing but attitute from him and telling me he should disappear like people in miami do, I answered there re laws in this country.His excuse every single time is that he sold many and never had this problem before, could you believe that?
