"We contracted about 50 clients in one mobile home community in Port charlotte Florida in early 2023. After hurricane Irma destroyed the carports and lanais, the residents were struggling to get contractors to provide estimates for the repair work. They were told it would take 6 months to just get an estimate appt. We tried to help by setting up a south operation to accommodate this work. I have not been involved in storm clean-up work in the past. It’s impossible to get materials and labor to perform the work. We have completed 30% of the contracts and now things are getting a little easier. We are completing work each week and I have a Construction Manager down there full-time scheduling and working. I need a little more time and all the work will be completed.”
