i bought a Frigidaire range from ********** in *********** ******* Dec 15 2021 and right away i noticed the back panel where all the nobs are was torn loose, there was food on one of the racks in the oven, the built in probe was missing. So i call ********** right away they turn me to Frigidaire because it was less than a year and still under warranty. So Frigidaire sent Electronic Service specialists. I believe the mans name was ***, great guy he came with the wrong part witch was oven control board part number5304523298 so I showed him it was the panel, ordered a new rack to replace and ordered a new probe that never came with range and made me happy it was fixed.so now moving to febuary 7th2022 i called Frigidaire back and explained that something was wrong the air fry did not work right nor did the probe or the burners i can't even boil water to cook pasta. they sent ESS back this guy calls ********** and tells them the about the burners the tech guy asked him if the pans had concave in them he say's yes don't tell them about the probe or the air fry tells me my pans are no good grabs his tool walks to the door and told me have a good day i told him i was not going to have a good day that this was not over. the next day I call ESS and ask if they would email me a work order that my pans were no good and they told they don't that and he said i refuse to sighn witch was never offered then i get looking at the first report i got from them invoice ****** that they charged whoever they're charging for the 600 dollar oven control board part number ********* i have several reports that saying heavy bottom stainless pots and pans have small concave up for natural to compensate for the natural contraction exspansion please help me food cost too much to throw out nowadays thank you ***********************
