Had a PVC fence built in August of 2021, This fence came with a 1-year manufacturing and Craftsmanship Guarantee. In the past 6 months since the fence was built, we have had sections of the fence blow down twice, once in September 2021 only a month after installation, and again on March 20th, 2022. Both times I notified LRD fencing. The first time I was told the installer had messed up and didn't secure the section correctly, they "Fixed" that one panel and went on their way. The second time, on March 20th, I called and emailed the front office at LRD just like before for repairs. After multiple phone calls, I was assured that the fence would be fixed once they are able to reach the installer. When I called back on the 11th day after having my fence fall down, I was met with hostility when Trish M. raised her voice and berated me on the phone "asking what do you want me to do fix it myself?" after pointing out it had been 11 days and they have a craftsmanship warranty. she attempted to hang up on me but I was able to ask for her manager, and she told me I would be contacted when he can.
