            Business always their groomer to mishandle my 3 dogs. ******* was fed up because she had a bad grooming problem before coming to my house an hour late. Said all my dogs were horrible and they have been groomed their whole lives. Barely finished the last 2 dogs and talk to me like I was nothing and over talked me. Contact business Monday and they said groomer didnt do anything wrong. Dogs are traumized because I do t know what happen in the van while my dogs were in there. Owner sent me a nasty text and said take your dogs somewhere else after explaining the situation twice. 1st manager told me this wasnt the 1st complaint on this groomer and the groomer said the previous groomers had notes on the system about my dogs but on Monday none of those notes were found so she lied to me. She was irritated and people like this should be working with animals or children/
