      My father commissioned Ed **************** Master Plumbers for a bidet toilet install. Instead of installing they broke the bidet toilet and charged $400 to do so. My 75 year old father reached out to Ed **************** Master Plumbers and they agreed to refund him $200 in the form of a check. The check was never sent.

      """REINSTALL CUSTOMERS BIDET/TOILET- TILE GUYS PLUMBER DIDN'T DO IT RIGHT. """ This was the call we received on July 11, 2023. I sent one of our service technicians over to stop the bidet/toilet from leaking on the floor. He inspected the toilet and found it was not set correct. he also noted the unit was not plug in. He pulled the toilet off the floor replaced the wax ring then reset the toilet the correct way. He filled and tested and found no more leaks. He plug the unit in and tried to start the unit. After reading the manual and spending over three hours trying to get this unit to work he advised the home owner to call the manufacture for a service company who works on this unit. NOTE, this is a unit that runs off a small computer. We are not a computer  company. We advised ************ to call the manufacture for help with this unit. All we did was set the toilet correctly. My service tech had spent many hours trying to get this unit working. He had charge ************ for the time spent there. *********** called a few days later and asked me to stop by and go over the invoice. I did meet with ************ to go over the invoice. We had come to an agreement to split the bill in half. I waited for his credit card to clear my account then sent him a check for the $200.00 we agreed upon.
