    Seems to be a common theme with this company and Richard the owner. I had a home built, my contractor used this company. They have been out several times to address reoccurring problems with this system leaking coolant as well as other issues with the same unit. Each time the tech would state, "this was installed incorrectly" Now after a little over a year, my room was not cooling. i again called the company. Now they are claiming its the coil which is under warranty with carrier, but they charged me a $364 for a diagnostic, coolant and labor. Also, want to charge me over $600 in labor to replace the warranty part. So, $1,000 to fix a problem they haven't resolved originally. Reoccurring problems with the system they installed. They claim that they only have a one year warranty regardless if the parts are still under warranty.. Again, this is a continuation of the original problem. I have tried to call and discuss with the owner, Richard but he refuses to call me back. Keeps making his secretary do it. I contacted my builder who uses this company for their homes and he said, "That's Bu!!sh!t" and was going to address it with the Richard. This morning i once again get a call from the Richard's secretary. She said that Richard refuses to talk to me and he said that he will no longer service my home because I'm disputing and questioning the charges of something they have not fixed. I just want me $364 back. I was forced to temporally install coolant while they ordered the part. I cant let that room get hot and humid because of the electronics. I paid because i just wanted the technician out of the house and he was not the person to have that discussion with. I didn't want to refuse payment and in hind sight i should have since the owner refuses to talk to me.
