      We installed new bathtub sink. Bathfitters says lifetime warranty. I had mold.***** came out and fix mold in tub in 2020. I have so much mold now. It's ridiculous and dangerous. Plus my shower faucet I can not turn. I have a torn shoulder.ni am a 79 year old widow. I have repeatedly communicated with one person than another. Then called ***************** It's been weeks. Every day I shower with mold. Think the person I communicated with was an ******. She told me weeks ago they were having a meeting over it. I work hard. I work with ******* of ****** Had enough

      Do not work with them. Worst company I have ever worked with. They brought the wrong tub the first time and then I didn't hear from them for weeks. When they finally did contact me they called to tell me they would be scheduling the next day. I was out of town and did not agree to that date. They then told me they were going to charge me $600, After several phone calls and voice mails they called to tell me they would drop the $600 charge. I then scheduled an install date. They came and put in a 21 in high tub. Yes, 21 inches. I was told that the tub was high because it was a few inches longer tub. UNacceptable. I have a handicapped husband and could never bath a baby in a tub this high. They also did not have enough material to cover the walls. I waited three days and did not hear from them. Again several phone calls and messages. I finally got a call telling me they would have to jackhammer my tub floor. Finally at this point we determined we did not want them in our house again. I called several times to cancel the job, but the voice mail is full. It is unbelievable how terrible this company is. Nothing but trouble and no communication. DO NOT hire them, I am now left with a mess and have to pay several thousand dollars more to get this fixed with a standard size tub and am left with no tub for several weeks.

      After a multi-month delay outfitting a walk-in shower with a contractor, I decided to try Bath fitters—but that never happened as well. While the initial material selection process went well enough, because of my illness, the job had to be delayed. When it was time to schedule installation, Bathfitters stalled and stalled claiming there was a problem getting a local permit! After a few weeks, I realized that I live in an unincorporated area and no permit was required. Because of their negligence, I tried to cancel the job, and after numerous phone calls Bathfitters said they would cancel, but I would forfeit $3,000 (a 22% fee). Given the circumstances, I believe it was a no brained aside from the expense. My advice! Do your homework. I was able to find a contractor for the same price using tile walls and flooring instead of wrap around plastic!

      Hello Andre, I do apologize for your experience, but we do have a 3 day rescission period. After that time, your deposit is not refundable. The deposit is meant to cover our material cost and any other expenses we occur.

      The installation was okay; what prompted my poor review is that I was told the shower doors would be installed within two weeks. It has been over a month, and every time I inquire about an update on the installation, I am told that they are hoping to have them installed the "next week or so." I guess that "or so" can mean a long time.

      Hello Mario, I do apologize for this, but the contract does discuss that the custom doors may take at least 3-4 days to be installed. With the delay in supply chain, it has caused some items to take longer than expected.
