Contracted to install a french drain system in our side yard to help with pooling water. After 2 attempts nothing resembling a french drain was installed. Trenching was not wide enough or deep enough, no drain rock was used, pipes were not sleeved and outlet is higher than the inlet. The owner of the company was condescending and rude to my wife. I was unable to be present myself as I had my own work. I believe he just saw this as an opportunity to make a quick buck while not actually providing anything.Business response

I apologize that you feel you have been taken advantage of that has not been the case. I assure you we would never see any job as an opportunity to lie or take someone's money without doing the proper work or risk our reputation as an honest trustworthy company. We value our customers above all else because without our customers we are not Hillassistance Landscaping. As you know we are currently going through a 3rd party to settle all complaints I have been dealing with it personally to assure everything is resolved and will continue to do so. Unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund. I agree we have been to the property not 2 but 3 times to make adjustments to this drain system to assure it is working properly. We have added extra drain boxes to required areas to assure proper drainage this past time we were at the property we replaced pipe that had been punctured allowing debris into the drainage stopping it. In being honest there were issues with initial installation which is Soley on us a company and I take full responsibility for that part. It's unfortunate I was unaware of the situation sooner or I would have gotten it taken care of earlier on rather than 4 months later from date of installation. Sense being notified of the issues I have sent the crew back to make all the proper adjustments to the system a little over a month ago. While the crew was onsite from the time of the arrival they were yelled and screamed at called quite a few vulgar names for almost the entire time they were there working by *********************. She was asked if she could please stay to the side out of the work area while she documented the entire situation on her mobile device due to safety reasons not wanting her to fall or trip to allow the crew to properly work. I sincerely apologize if she was offended and felt as though it was us being rude that was never our intentions. While onsite they showed her the depth of the trench and width with a measuring tape. We also offered to help pay for the water bill to use your water to test system and show ********************* that the drainage system is functioning in which she declined. You have my sincerest apologies regarding this situation, and I assure you we are going to continue to be there if there are any further issues with the drain system. I am still currently working with 3rd party as well to assure everything is settled on that end. I hope moving forward we can get everything resolved. Thank you so much.

The situation has not been resolved and we are pursuing legal means against hill
