Order a gaming chair for my son online, they processed payment, and went to search for delivery... nothing can be found. (see attached confirmation email receipt of purchase)Initial Complaint

On Sept 25, 2021 I ordered a game chair from palm gaming house. It was $59.98. By the next day I got an email that my order was shipped. A week letter I checked the email for the tracking information and it was not there and I was no longer able to connect to their website. Clicking on the link took me no where and they didn't even come up in a Google search anymore. I contacted the email linked in my order 3 times and have not received any correspondence back. I cannot find a phone number or an address to contact them. I have no way of requesting a refund or tracking my order that they say has shipped.
