I entered into a contract with Rosser Roofing on November 15, 2021... State farm insurance issued a check for $8023 to cover the full amount of the roof replacement and it was made out in both parties name...I gave the Check to Deborah V****** on January 22, 2022... Debra is the mother of Jonathan Rosser and works for Rosser Roofing solutions... The commencement date to start the roofing project was supposed to be March 21, 2022 and after numerous excuses not to get started they have now disconnected all phone numbers and communications and will not return my money. During a phone call to Jonathan Rosser... Part owner of the company, he said they were experiencing financial difficulty and would get back to us... We have not received any updates and no current phone numbers are available. I need help in resolving this issue... My roof leaks and I cannot get insurance until the roof is replaced. Please help me get my money back as I have to hire another contractor to get this job done... Also please email me with any advice or actions that I could take. Thanks so much... ************

This company deals in Insurance Claims for roofing. We filed with our insurance and were reimbursed for the adjusted claim. We paid Rosser 60% of the total to begin work on replacing the roof and some other small items on our insurance claim. When I called back to check on the start date all phones were disconnected. I found one line open with a message to contact a lawyer in Atlanta. I have but have not gotten a return call. They also did the same to my sister-in-law for similar claim. Both claims are for a similar amount each at approximately $16,000.00.

On 27 July 2021 I paid Rosser Roofing Solutions $14,569.87 for a job to be completed 04 October 2021. I did not recieve a copy of the contract. There was no communication and no one showed up 04 October 2021. They would not return phone calls. They then wanted more money. I had the job completed within a few days from another company. I am not confident with their quality of workmanship. They never communicated with myself in a timely manner, never showed up, and now refuse my refund and have refered it to their lawyers. I am seeking assistance from the BBB because I wanted a roof, not a legal matter. Now I would like my money returned as they failed to perform. They claim it is now with their lawyer, but there is no response. These people are not being honest.

I had a hail storm back in April of 2021, a roofer salesmen approached me, and since I was having issues with my insurance company only wanting to go through their repair vendor, I agreed to work with Rosser Roofing as they had not had any complaints on this site, seemed legit, and advised they would help with my insurance issue. They did indeed quickly resolve my insurance issue, but then collected my money, and become unresponsive. No one would answer my phone calls except the sales person who couldn't help with getting a date scheduled. After weeks and weeks of having my money and all forms needed to start, I finally got a verbal date of 'sometime in August', which then turned into 'September 9th.' No one returned my calls when asking why there was a delay. The materials should have arrived today, instead I get an email saying my new date is October 12th, with no reason, and again no one will return my calls. I either want this done this week, or i want out of my contract.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/10) */ Thank you Mr. **** for reaching out to us. We are very sorry that your project is not on our production schedule as earlier as you anticipated. As our representatives have communicated to you, we have provided all of the contractor required documentation to your insurance to ensure you claim was processed as quickly as possible and have already secured your building permits. As per our contract we do not typically schedule projects until your funds have been released and you have made your downpayment, of which you have not completed and still owe your deductible. Since you expressed that your project had to be completed prior to October 12th because your insurance was dropping your coverage, we are making every effort to fulfill that October 7th start date despite having experienced delays in our busy production schedule due to weather and COVID-19. We very much wish to continue serving you and get you your brand new roof now that we have come this far in your roofing journey, and would love to continue the conversation. Thank you very much. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Hello, I am not sure if you have me confused with someone else you have put in a similar situation, but I have no issue with my insurance company dropping me, also you have $21000 of mine already so please do not indicate that I haven't paid you yet. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/09/17) */ Thank you Mr. **** for following back up with us! We sincerely apologize for the communication mix up. You are correct, and our last response was intended for another one of our valued customers; therefore, you are welcome to disregard that last message. Our Account Processing supervisor reached out to you via email yesterday, September 16th regarding next steps on completing your project, and we welcome you to continue the conversation as we proceed to serve you through your roofing journey! Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2021/11/18) */ Hello, Rosser did put my roof on in October, but during the process their subcontractor damaged my new pergola cover. They also did not detach and reset my gutters as they should have, they only took off the gutter guards, pulled them away from the house, and then removed my roof. So my gutters are clogged with roofing debris, and they have still not put back on my gutter guards. I have been calling them for weeks now to come out and finish the job (clean my gutters, put back on gutter guards, and pay me for my pergola cover) and they keep telling me it will be taken care of 'tomorrow' or 'next week' and it never is. I understand this problem is due to a subcontractor, but this is still Rosser's issue to resolve as this is their subcontractor. Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2021/12/14) */ Thank you Mr. **** for staying in communocation with our team regarding your production issues. We happy that we were able to address your concerns and take care of all the items that you outlined as of November 24, 2021. It was a pleasure serving you throughout your roofing journey. Thank you!
