Joymind (Therapacifc LLC) DOES NOT honor their word. A year ago my boyfriend purchased a total of forty ******* minute bundle for a total of $5,998 on 12/29/2023 for hypnotherapy from Joymind. I separately purchased a ten session 80 minute bundle for $848.00. The sessions my boyfriend purchased were to be split between us. Twenty five sessions was to be used by him with ************************* (the founder) valuing $166.58 per session for a total of $3998 and twenty sessions for me valuing about $95.23 per session to another therapist. In total I had 31 sessions with the bundle I purchased myself. I would have never purchased the 10 bundle if I knew he was going to purchase so many. BF unused sessions refund due $1665 My unused sessions refund due $1047 TOTAL REFUND DUE: $2712 My bf has only used 14 sessions with ******** and I have used 19 with my therapist ****** and I saw a few more people when she wasnt available. ****** has since left the company and Ive been seeing her outside of Joymind. The last time I worked with ****** at Joymind was Jun 29, 2023 which was actually for 6 months. My bf is also seeing ****** outside of Joymind and hasnt worked with ******** in a while. So we are paying ****** while we have unused sessions with Joymind. It is hard to find a therapist and we have truly formed a bond with ****** and I want to keep working with her. I initially thought *** said we had one year to be refunded for bundles but there was no time limit specified. She said we can be refunded for ANY UNUSED SESSIONS. Nevertheless we have requested a refund in the beginning of October. *** has been giving us the run around and the last email we received from her was on November 16th, 2023. To make matters worse my boyfriend got laid off on November 27th. They havent refunded us nor even bothered to reply in over a month. We need our money back more than ever.
