      Do not used this company, they ripped you off!! overcharge and trying to give you choice of the price. the technician did not have a knowledge, I had unit leaking and dripping the water he trying to tell me my AC unit working to hard, and the duct cannot not handle that!! I need to replace the duct (will cost more than$4000) He put 6 inch of aluminum tape on and patched it for leaking and charge me $657!! and water still dripping, they came 2nd times still said the same problem!!!Today Air Flow came in and he know the problem right away, they cut and replace the pipe, the pipe was clog and only $251. Will not recommend Air Pros ***,

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company does very sketchy work. I would NEVER recommend them and their customer service is horrible. They make appointments and do not show up. Do not give them your business or your money.

      Terrible customer service & incredibly disorganized . . . unless it is to come out & sell you something. I have tried multiple times over multiple weeks to simply get a copy of the invoice for work they did & copies of the pictures they took of the work. (You sign on a tablet, so you do not get a paper copy of the invoice. They need to email your copy to you.) When I call, they either say that someone will call me back or that the invoice will be sent. Nothing. When I text, I get no response. And this has happened with more than one invoice that I have tried to get from them. I would switch to another company in a second, unfortunately, since I did have them do work for me, I think I am stuck with them while the equipment is under warranty. Why do they make it so hard? Save yourself the headache, and stay away from them!

      Technician came to my home respectfully and acted professionally. He performed a thorough inspection and explained the information clearly. Also, I dealt with ***** who is an exceptional manager. He is dedicated, helpful, and very fair with pricing.

      Stay away!!!! I tried to schedule an appointment to check out my central a/c unit since it stopped working. I was initially confirmed for 12:00 noon the next day. No calls or technician by 12:30. I call to get an update and was told my appointment was for 1:00-3:00. Again no response by 3:30. Called again for an update and was told technician would call in a few minutes with an update. Never happened. Called and complained to corporate office. They didnt call me back as well. By this time I gave up and found someone who cares about their customers. I would advise you to stay clear of this company.no pride in customer satisfaction displayed. I used the ***** location.

      This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. Not only that but you can not get in touch with anyone who actually works for Airpros, all calls are sent through a call center and they then send the message out to "dispatch". I even tried calling back the technician who called me to say they were on the way and that phone number was sent directly back to the call center. We had an appointment for a technician to come out 4/28/2024 to do a maintenance/service check on our A/C unit from 8am-11am. No one called us to verify the appointment and by 10:30am still no one had shown up, we called the contact number and were told that this is a call center but we will send the message to dispatch and have someone call you back. No one called us back and someone finally showed up around 11:45am to do the check. At the time of the check everything was fine and my husband was questioning replacing our coils because the part was under warrantee but had been on back order for months. Turns out they had 1 in stock from another customer who ended up backing out. We accepted the work and coil and it was to be done the following weekend. We heard nothing all week about setting up an appointment. My husband calls the "call center" and again we will send to dispatch. We went about our day and went to lunch as there was still no phone call and someone just showed up at our door pressing our ring doorbell. My husband finally gets a call back that they are at our house but we were NOT expecting them so we said come back at 3pm. 2 individuals eventually show up at 4:45pm, with one smelling like they bathed in marijuana. They stayed till about 5:30 and left without notifying us. We spent the entire night without A/C and when we tried calling, we kept being told someone would call us back from dispatch. I finally got a call at 8:30am on 5/5/24 that they would be there in 30 minutes, they did not show up for an hour and 30 minutes and then blamed another part. COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS.

      You WILL overpay with these people. Charged $749 for item that costs $129 on Amazon. Install was not complicated enough to merit $620 fee. My bad for not doing my homework and trusting the tech. This outfit bought up the A/C outfits in S. ******* area to fix prices and ***** you.

      When you see how many bad reviews there are about this company 100% believe it. Several years ago Id say about five years ago now my father had a new unit put into our home. Weve had issues with it from the beginning, but they threw in a service contract, so we use them going forward. Every six months the unit would leak. Ive had to have my ceiling replaced because of this leaking. Theres always been an issue with it, and one time their technician broke our air-conditioning, and they couldnt send anybody out for four days during the highest temperatures of the summer, and I have an elderly father, who cannot breathe very well, and needs air-conditioning to help him during the hot summer months. I tried to contact a supervisor or manager I never get a call back. Fast forward to today, the unit is leaking Freon, and I was told by Air Pros the last time they were here that it was going to cost me $1900 after it had already cost me **** for them to put more free on in Because it needed something called liquid line dryer. Well, a technician from another company came today and told me that the liquid line dryer is fine, there are leaks in the system but because they did such shotty work. When they put the new unit and they shouldve put a new compressor in and they didnt, they use the wrong sized piping And cut roof joist should never have been cut and now needs to be reinforced. This company told me that I should probably get a whole new unit and a new compressor because the compressor and the unit that I have now are not compatible. I was also not given the option to move my air-conditioning unit from the attic to the garage, which wouldve caused a lot less damage to my home over the last few years. Do not use this company under any circumstances! They are horrible and just rob you of money left and right.

      We purchased an A/C unit from Universal Air and was installed on November 23, 2022. On May 4, 2023 the ********************* came to inspect the unit. No one from Universal showed up and the inspector was very annoyed, there were 14 corrections that needed to be done, including an air filter which was never installed. We tried to contact Universal to find out that the company was sold to Air Pros ***. We made over forty phone calls to Air Pros only to be told that someone would get back to us or was transferred to various departments. We received a 30 day final notice from the City dated September 18, 2023 that the permit would expire as of October 15, 2023 if the corrections were not completed. We immediately contacted Air Pros in order to avoid the matter to escalate. Technicians were sent to evaluate the A/C unit on June 12, 2023, the company does not acknowledge sending anyone. Since that point in time, and after numerous phone calls and discussions two employees arrived around 4:00 pm on Friday September 22, 2023 to evaluate the situation. The employee took pictures and made notes also was given copies of the paperwork. He said that he was bringing this back to the office and said we should hear something either Monday or Tuesday the next week. When we did not hear anything by Friday, we called the office and was told that they would call us back, but did not receive a response.After many more attempts we had an *********** scheduled for Friday October 13, 2023. The crew came on Thursday October 12, 2023 after being told we had a Doctor's *********** and would not be home. Nobody came on Friday or called, was rescheduled for today Tuesday the 17th, I returned missed phone calls as of now nothing has been corrected.The permit has expired and are awaiting a phone call to reschedule once the ************ obtains a new permit and the technicians are available.Disgruntled Customers
