Requested a refund of registration online database and was told some other information diverting from the request. Used PayPal contact vendor option to request refund before they send out product and clearly state I don't want 2nd order that was separate from 1st order which would be useless due to requesting 1st order linked to 2nd order. 1st b order is a online database registration and 2nd order is physical ID proof of registration. Company continues to ship product after requesting not to send it.Customer response

The website is misleading and their use of the abbreviation ***** misleads consumers to believing their registry will be taken seriously by courts or government facilities. *** is for Americans with Disability Act but they use it to lure unsuspecting consumers looking to legitimize their service dog for disabled people by using *** that means on their site something different. Theirs mean Assistance Dog of America which is why I have requested refund from them. I will register through legit organizations like the ************** which verifies the dog is truly a service dog and not like theirs where you just pay to get a useless ID and Registration that doesn't hold any weight in justice system.Initial Complaint

I purchased lifetime registration # and access to be able to look up my emotional support dog registration # for life. Today when searching the registration, it says not found. I also can no longer access my dashboard. I am uploading copies of my email receipts from the company along with a copy of my emotional support ID card with the clearly valid registration # that can no longer be found. The company doesnt return phone calls nor even answer. Such a scam of a company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Its a scam.Initial Complaint

On December 26, 2022, I registered my dog to be an emotional support animal with Assistance Dogs of America. I completed their forms and paid for the following:Lifetime Account (Billed one ***** ******* Dogs Digital ID and Letter of Registration - $99.00 Physical Card - $45.00 Want My Registration to be Searchable - $25.00 Matching Engraved Tag with ** code - $40.00 Hard Copy of Registration Letter - $12.00Shipping & Processing - $6.00 Total - $227.00 Upon receiving the items purchased, I logged into my account to activate the ** code as directed in an email sent. I kept receiving that the ** code is not active. I repeated the action more than a dozen times and received the same response. Every time I log into my account I have to request to reset my password as the current doesnt match. It has been frustrating. I am requesting for my money back (TOTAL: $227.00) as it seems that their products are not valid. I want to have my dog unregistered with their company and have my credit card information to be deleted from their records as there is no information in the profile of my account. I will send back the items purchased if they request it. Life has been a bit challenging emotionally and would appreciate your assistance in this matter.Customer response

I was sold a registration for a emotional support animal and was told it was a registration for a Service animal. I am unable to use this paperwork they sent. I tried numerous times to contact this company and they don't answer the phone. It has a message that says try back another time and hangs up. Unable to resolve my issue. They just took my money and sent me phony paperwork.
