The young women ( very nice with potential)who did my daughter's and myself nails simultaneously are not ready to graduate as they express they will be doing in a matter of weeks. We were there for 4 hours and my nails are extremely thick. I don't believe the school is preparing the students for real job because no one is going to wait for hours to have their nails done and to have such a botch job done to them. I called before I came and was told the price when I got to the school I asked the student the price, however upon leaving I was quoted twice as much. The director came out to speak to me I showed him my nails. Literally the girl did not file them she added a inch layer of acrylic on top of it try to smooth it and then put paint on top of that. With each step I would ask the teacher she's going to file this right because it's awfully thick. They kept assuring me no problem, my nails are horrible. After 4 hours I was done I was ready to go home now I have to find another place to soak this off. The teacher was so irate that the director had to with strain her, when I was complaining about how thick and horrible these nails are. They actually said I should have come to the register to ask the price after being told what the price was twice by the student who represents the school and by the cashier who answered the phone and represents the school. I've uploaded some pictures on their website. I noticed on their Google site they had some five-star reviews after combing through all of them it is apparent that these are all students who are encouraged to give a good review. The one star reviews are all from customers.
