              On 06/17/23 I took 2 nakto electric cruisers brand new to be reassembled by the staff at big wheels. Upon picking up my bikes once ready we noticed there were visible scratches along the fork of the bikes. The owner **** was wiping down the bikes with an oily substance. Upon taking the bikes outside we noticed all of the scratches. When brought to his attention his response was what do you want me to do about it? I had already paid for the service and what I wanted was for the issue to be rectified. However, his response was calling police to have me removed from the store because he did not want to responsible for fixing the damages. I work extremely hard to provide for my children. All I wanted was for the issue to be resolved. These are $1500 bikes. I took them to this business because it was recommended but I must say it was a horrible experience and now I have to spend more money fixing their mistake.
