On March 17 at 1 p.m. I rented a Two Row Surrey from Hollywood Beach Trekke LLC #2. Order#**, cashier was ******. Upon filling out the rental agreement, I was required to leave my Driver's License until return of the Surrey. The credit card machine was not working so I paid cash - $48.15. Upon return of the Surrey, Hollywood Beach Trikke did not have my ** Drivers License with Real **. There was only one cashier working the store counter and assisting customers. The store was busy so my lost ** was not a priority. In between assisting customers, ****** attempted to call other renters to see if they had my **. In approximately 3 hours I had to board a plane to return home to KS. Because the cashier was attending customers outside of the store, **s were left unattended. I don't know if my license was stolen or given to the wrong person. I finally got the phone number for the store manager and had to explain the situation. While waiting for the manager to arrive I filed a police report for the stolen **. I had to leave for the airport before the manager arrived at the store. Since then I have attempted to reach them muliple times at various numbers, through voicemails and texts to inquire if my Driver's License was found and to seek credit for the cost of the rental due to the circumstances. I have been completed ghosted by the company and ownership - absolutely no response to me to rectify the situation or even provide an update if the ** has been *************************************************** Police Case # ************
