paid this company a large amount of money that was explained was being used as down payment. this started in October 2023 and as the months went on I was told I had to pay more money but I decided against it. I was told I would be issued a refund but there has been no response in the past month. Do not do business with this company it is FRAUD. File a report with the police department and get an attorney.

      1. Date of transaction: November 1st and November 8th 2. Amount paid: $4,000 and then $1,500 3. Business committed to provide me: Business Credit Line of $500,000 then 'their computer software vendor was having tech issues' so it changed to two international wire transfers of $250,000 which never came. After being personally led on by them for months believing it was going to happen. Every promise to pay was broken. Every pay date, where my company and colleagues looked forward to starting our company, came and gone with more excuses and more lies.4. The scammer said they were going to refund me but they sent $553 dollars and then despite being told they would complete the refund, they didn't.5. I have audio recordings of the scammer telling me lies and a slew of text messages where I was lied to about Dialysis treatments and that the money would eventually come. I have proof of every broken promise. I wish I had never responded to this because it has literally impacted my personal and professional life in so many ways.6. Sick and twisted mind and emotional game played by the scammer. I discovered how it happened. Somehow the scammer got my business and contact info from Angelinvestmentnetwork.us (the only place I had posted my pitch). This person got my info and posed as a financier from a reputable company looking to invest in my company. I spoke to this guy on the phone and was referred to another company, "because they do startups not us." That initial switch is what threw me off the scammers trail. 7. Unfortunately Dearborn Investments LLC could actually be a company but this scammer is hurting their reputation with this.

Signed a contract for them to attain credit lines for my company. They did absolutely nothing, but lie to me. They fulfilled no part of the contract, and wont answer any questions about it. I worked with ******* and ****. They havent done a single thing promised in the contract and cant answer any questions as to why. As far as I can tell, its a complete fraud.
