    I went to JB3 Auto on March 4th 2024 at around 7pm. I was rushed & pressured into putting down $5000 for a SUV. $3000 in cash, and $2000 on my card. I explained to them over & over that I didnt even test drive the vehicle yet. Anything can be wrong with it. They kept telling me I would get a chance, but that because they were closing I had to make the payment and fill out the paperwork first. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was a young girl alone desperately looking for a car. One of the salesman took me to test drive the vehicle, and I immediately spotted the engine light was on and told them I didnt want the vehicle. They tried to persuade me, kept saying it was minor and they can put on a machine the next day etc. I asked if I can just get my money back because I didnt feel comfortable especially since they were trying to get me to leave with no warranty, telling me it will be a waste of money because I wont need it. I demanded for my money back. They gave me the $3000 that I paid in cash and told me I would have to come back the next day for the $2000 on the card because they were closed. I returned the next morning with my grandmother for the rest of my refund. They had me insert my cart and sent me a ereceipt showing the refund was sent back to my card. On the receipt it said refund cash. I questioned them, they kept saying no it was going back to my card. I never received the refund so I disputed it through my bank. And showed the receipts. When my bank contacted them theyre lying saying the accommodated me in another way, which they did not. I never received my $2000 refund nor a vehicle or anything else from JB3 AUTO. I need my refund immediately. Im a single young mother with young kids. I dont have money to just give away.

    In actuality they deserve zero stars. I purchased a 2015 **** F150 with this company on July 13. Before purchasing the vehicle I test drove the vehicle and it ran smoothly. Salesman assured me the vehicle was in great condition. I wanted to put a deposit using my credit card, however, they informed me that that wasnt possible. I gave them $3000 in cash and turned in my 2007 *** 750, which they valued at $500. I never obtained a paper tag from them. I was in possession of the vehicle for a couple of days putting less than 100 miles on it. Within the couple of days the tire monitor light came on and within an hour of that the check engine light came on (troublesome). The next day, July 17th I called and they told me to bring in the vehicle on Monday. I work 2 full time jobs so I asked my wife to take the vehicle in on Monday after she got home from work. On Monday morning she informed me the vehicle would not start. She had to try a few times before truck eventually started. I called them later in the morning to inform them what happened and they now insisted that I bring the truck in on Wednesday instead of Monday as NOW the mechanic would now be there on Wednesday and not Monday. I believe they were stalling to ensure that I was still in possession of the vehicle for a longer period of time. I tried a couple of times to speak with owner to no avail. I spoke with the financing agency and explained to them that the vehicle had huge issues and that I felt the car company was stalling in resolving the issues. Both lights were still on and on Friday I returned the vehicle. That is 8 or 9 days I had the vehicle, however, I had been trying to return vehicle for possible maintenance days before. The company has refused to return any of my $3500 deposit. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with this company's practices. I work very hard for my money and even after going through cancer treatment this year, this was going to serve as a reward to myself.
