We ordered items from this company On June 4th 2023 We received a damaged package on 6/9/2023 We notified them and asked where the other items was and they claimed all sent together we have pictures to prove we never received the items except the damaged items, we have several emails providing documentation to The manager we finally got a return label sent back signed for on June 27th, We never received a refund, More emails go unanswered or no refund, Aug 10th i contacted them again and he said waiting for *** investigation still which is a lie he only opened up a claim that day and have documentation from ***. But we have worked with *** to get them documentation and pictures needed and they wanted to do inspection i said we shipped it back and have email documentation to show that because we was told still working with *** but they tell me closed it and will be contacting sender as they refund him, we are now 90 days with only partial refund We are due a full refund of $1248.31 because we never received the 5 ***; Ubiquiti U6-Mesh-US Access Point WiFi 6 Mesh routers, and the damaged 1 ***; Ubiquiti U6-LR UniFi 6 AX3000 4x4 MU-MIMO was partial refunded but we are due full refund plus shipping because we shouldn**;t pay for damaged and missing items? The company phone now doesn**;t work have tried from multiple numbers and Amazon pay tried to call them and email them also, As well as our credit card company. This leaves us no choice but to seek action against the company for failing to provide us the product in the first place, then taking our money and failing to refund it. The consumer attempted to return an item that was from a different vendor and not ours. The item he sent to us was valued at about $100 and the item he purchased from Sil Micro was at a value of about $500. Consumer is aware he is not eligible for a refund due to this.
