      I spent $609 for the Diamond Fan package for the MercyMe concert at Van Andel Arena on 10/8/23. Shame on me for not reviewing all the bad reviews for this company! What I got was: floor seats jam packed with everyone else - to the point where I couldn't even move without elbowing the person next to me. No special entrance - no special parking. And, merchandise consisted of a generic poster of MercyMe, a water bottle and a bag. Wow - what a *** ***. This is truly *****!!!

      The Diamond Fan package acquired for MercyMe's performance at the ********************** on October 8, 2023, comprised the following components as previously outlined in the seller notes prior to purchase:

      - Premium reserved floor ticket, offering seating within the first fifteen rows of the stage.
      - Specially designed tour merchandise.

      The tour merchandise, as well as a pair of tickets allocated in Floor ***** L, were successfully delivered to the customer, adhering to the specified package details. It's important to note that our package did not include any provisions for special entrance access or parking privileges.  It is also important to note that we operate on the secondary market and ticket prices may be above or below face value, dependent of the current market value.

      they charged nearly 600 dollars for a general admission ticket, a reservation at a steakhouse that started an hour before the show and was a 30 minute drive away, and about 25 bucks worth of generic merch that arrived a week late. this is a ****, for sure

      This customer purchased our Diamond Deluxe package for the Babymetal & Dethklok concert on September 30th, 2023, which included the following items: General Admission Floor ticket | Private pre-show hospitality featuring food and drinks | Specially designed tour merchandise | Detailed Itinerary.

      Each of the components listed in the description were delivered timely and accurately.

      Premium Seats USA is a secondary ticket marketplace where listings are made up of tickets that have been purchased from box offices and are being resold. In general, tickets on the secondary market fluctuate in price more than in the primary market. Sometimes ticket prices on the secondary market will be higher than the primary market price (or face value), especially for high-demand events. Other times, ticket prices on the secondary market will fall below the face value of the tickets found on the primary market.

      Not trustworthy. Bought Diamond VIP package, got terrible seats (you dont see your seats until just before the event) for way more $$$ than if I purchased them elsewhere. Promised us merchandise too, but that never materialized. Really bad experience.

      Where to start...I ordered my tickets several months in advance. I believe I I ordered an "emerald package." Or something like that. My ticket purchase included "VIP" seating, dinner, merchandise and a limousine. I chose to go with this company because this event was a special event and I wanted really good seating. The seating that I was finding on other ticket apps were just mediocre seating. I quickly learned, that trying to contact this company was quite difficult. They do not wish to talk to you on the phone. They will only talk to you on the phone if your event is within 24hrs. Because that makes sense. Who wants to wait 24hrs to confirm anything? Lol. Anyways, I digress...email is the best communication. Several months went by and now the event is coming up. I haven't received anything or heard anything. Such as where dinner was, or the company that was transporting us. Wouldn't they like to know where to pick us up? I sent another disgruntled email and did quickly hear from a rep, which said they would give me my information shortly. I then received the "Merchandise." The merchandise was cheap looking, cheap quality, and looked like it was from somebody's neighbor who has a garage printing company. Less than 24 hrs, I still have nothing. I send another email. They resent my tickets. I did get my tickets. Our seats, although located in a "club" section. We were seated in row 28. We couldn't even see the artists from where we were seated, we had to watch the big screen. Our seats were terrible. We received a $200 credit at a mediocre restaurant also. To get to the point, the money that was spent to this company and what we received. I could have paid less for the ****** merchandise and the ****** seats myself. I will not be using this company again in the future. Lesson learned.

      I am very sorry for any disappointment with this package. The package purchased was our Sapphire VIP Package, This includes a premium reserved lower level (non-Field) ticket located in the three sections closest to stage (orders of three or more may be split) | Luxurious seven hour limousine service (orders for a quantity of one are subject to an additional charge) | Private pre-show hospitality featuring food and drinks | Specially designed tour merchandise | Detailed Itinerary |.

      Premium Seats USA connects buyers and sellers on the secondary ticket market and our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with the best seats for the best price. 

      The tickets described in this package were to be in sections 130C-128C on one side of the stadium or 108C-110C on the other. Section 108C was the closest possible section that could have been provided within the purchased zone.

      Regarding communication with our phone lines. We do currently utilize an answering service and calls for events taking place within 24 hours are patched through to us right away. If a phone message had been left with the answering service or a call was requested back, we would have done so in a very timely manner within our business hours as we were also very responsive with any email communication that we receive. 

      Packages require a ton of communication with a variety of vendors. Detailed itineraries for our events are normally emailed out 7 days prior to the event. An email is sent with a link to provide all the information needed near the time of purchase. If we don't receive a response or we need more information to finalize any package details we will always reach out so a memorable event experience can be had. 

      Pre-show hospitality was meant to be a place prior to show to enjoy some food and/or drinks prior to the show and was at our most trusted vendor near the stadium. If there was any dissatisfaction with this location that was brought to our attention prior to the show we would have been able to look into alternate locations or options as it is always our goal to help provide memorable event experiences.
