This business came to my home to give me an estimate. Roei *************** was given a **** dollars to pull permits. After several weeks when no permits were acquired. I did my research. The job was going to be contracted to a company with 1 star reviews. I called Roei *************** in regards to my flat roof. I told him that he could not put metal on it. Roei *************** insisted the company could put metal on it. I contacted the building inspector and I was told that was N impossibility because of the pitch. Furthermore, I was given 2 loan options. I was deceived about this as well. I was told I had to sign by 5 pm or the loan was not valid. I called the loan company; I was told I had months to sign. After all the deception, I did not want this company to do my work. Roei *************** will not return my **** dollars. I am going to take legal action over the lies and misrepresentation and fraud.Business response

information regarding the complaint filed by ****************************
First and foremost, please accept my apologies for the delayed response. I was not
made aware of this H363137**3238313831H claim in a timely manner, as the notification was sent to an
email address that is no longer in use, and I rarely check that account. I only became
aware of it this past Friday while going through the inbox before completely deactivating
this email account. please direct all future communications to

Regarding the complaint, we are pleased to inform you that the issue was resolved
almost a month ago, on September 11th, by refunding the full deposit amount to the
customer.
Allow me to provide a detailed account: Upon careful review of this matter, we found
that the original contract was signed on or about August 3rd. On August 31, 2023, Ms.
******* requested a refund of her deposit from our representative, which was beyond
the 3-day cancellation period allowed in the contract and by law. Nevertheless, we
addressed her request in a timely manner, less than 5 business days later.
On or around September 7, 2023, a representative from our company engaged in a
conversation with ****************** in an attempt to address her concerns and retain her as
a customer. However, after speaking to the customer, we realized that there was no way
to persuade the customer to use our services. Therefore, we ultimately decided to
refund her deposit, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
The refund was processed on September 11, 2023. Following the refund, we made a
follow-up call to ****************** on September 13, 2023, to ensure she had received the
refund via Zelle. During this call, ****************** expressed her satisfaction, and we
considered the matter concluded.
It&#**;s important to note that ****************** filed her H363137**3238313831H complaint on September 1st,
shortly after her refund request, which did not allow sufficient time for us to respond to
her concerns and follow our standard protocol for resolution.
As we have already taken appropriate steps to address and resolve Ms. ***********;#**;s
concerns, and in light of the absence of substantiating evidence for her claims, we find it
unnecessary to provide a further response to her claims in the complaint.
It&#**;s important to clarify that by refunding the deposit and not addressing the specific
allegations in her H363137**3238313831H claim, this should not be construed as an admission of liability.
We have acted in good faith to resolve the matter promptly, as evidenced by our
successful refund process.
