Please whatever you do choose another vendor for your bathroom remodel. Do not use Re-Bath. My wife met them through *********** A representative came to our house and gave us the different designs. They dont give you a breakdown of the price. They are VERY EXPENSIVE and they dont work with you. We were told that it would take up to 14 weeks which would have been the last week of November. *******************, from the Re-Bath team called us two weeks before Christmas saying that they were ready to start the remodel. We told her that we had relatives coming and if she could schedule it in January. She said that it wasnt a guarantee that she could get something in January. However we went ahead and did it on their time frame hoping that it would be completed before our guests arrived. They sent ****** to do the work. He was very pleasant and he did a great job, completing the task in 4 days on 12/16/23, even working through the weekend. However, a couple days later my wife noticed damage to the bedroom wall where the demolition was done. She also noticed embedded scratches on one of the shower sliding doors. She informed ******************* about her findings on January 8th and was told to take pictures and send them to her which she did. A week passed, no response from her. My wife then made a follow up call to the Re-Bath team on January 18th again leaving a message for ***, no response. She made another call on January 22nd and is still awaiting **** response. REALLY RE BATH, WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS ?
