This letter is to address and inform you ********************* (Public Adjuster) is failing to properly represent my insurance claim after the April 2023 unprecedented flood. Her lack of communication, follow through with State Farm, my contractor, and myself has now caused a long delay for supplemental funds which is causing postponement in making my home habitable. It has now been right at 10 months that I have not had a kitchen sink. I have had to wash dishes in the bath tub for 10 months.In addition, she has personally caused a lien to be placed on my home due to her incompetent business practice with Cat5 which she has admitted. To date she has done NOTHING to rectify this with Cat5. Below are some dates corresponded with her.October 28: State Farm made a supplemental content payment in the amount of $572.50. ***** said she would drop off the check and pick up the money order. TO DATE: She has not made an attempt to do so.November 27: ***** stated she spoke with my contractor and he will help obtain the information on the costs so I can make the supplemental estimate to your insurance company. TO DATE: She has not followed-up with him to obtain the information required.December 8: Im going to work on that this weekend and schedule a call with your contractor to finalize the supplemental estimate.Great thanks and any progress with Cat5?*****: Nothing yet. Getting the estimate done will help us resolve that issue too. TO DATE: Again, no supplemental claim has been completed.I spoke with State Farm this past week who stated they reached out to ***** on September 7 with an email instructing her what is required for supplemental payments. I was told that, to date, she has not responded to them. I am requesting the following.Ensure that ***** completes all supplemental claims in a timely manner as her lack of performance could be considered a breach of contract. Have the lien removed which Cat5 placed on my property immediately.Business response

About this complaint, the owner already spoke to her and now we are trying to have a meeting with **************, actually the meeting was rescheduled 2 times by her, one of the was scheduled for last week and the other one for today 02/27 at 11 am at her property, but she requested a new time.
