On October 20th, 2021 I contacted Koosh Jewelers located at **** ******** ** Hollywood FL via telephone number XXX-XXX-XXXX. To buy watches, a Breitling Airwolf and a Rolex Explorer. I spoke with ****** ******* who is the Executive Sales Director. I asked her about the functions of each watch and she assured me that her watchmaker had verified that each watch is working correctly and is ready to be shipped pending payment. It was determined that I would pay $2200 for the Breitling Airwolf and $11,500 for the Rolex Explorer, please refer to Invoice#XXXXX from Koosh Jewelers. I advised ****** that I would need to purchase each watch separately about 1 week apart and the Breitling Airwolf was first via a text to her personal cell phone number which she provided XXX-XXX-XXXX. ****** let me know that this would not be an issue and I let her know that I would be sending a wire immediately. Upon sending the wire I called ****** and she confirmed a receipt of $2200 for payment on the Breitling Airwolf, ****** was able to send me the UPS tracking number of 1z3e696vXXXXXXXXXX. Upon receipt of the watch I immediately contacted ****** via email and I expressed my concern that 2 links were missing and the backlight function was not working. The more important issue is that no serial number was provided on the invoice, I asked ****** several times both on the phone and via email. After 1 week of waiting I called the store and spoke with the owner who identified himself as ****** He advised me that every time he does business on the phone it goes wrong, but he would try to resolve the issue. We spoke and agreed that he would in lieu of sending the watch back, because I had read another google review about a watch repair that went wrong. He would refund me $400 via Check and I agreed. Nothing since that day No Check no call. I have called emailed and nada. I need the serial number for insurance coverage, the watch needs to be repaired.Business response
