On October 25, 2022, we signed a contract in the amount of approximately $16,000 with Cabinet Wholesale to have them remove the existing, and replaced with new kitchen cabinets and countertops. Demolition was completed on 10/31/22, and installation started on 11/3/22 and was substantially completed on 11/12/22. Right away we noticed installation deficiencies with regards to the caulking, the loose bar countertop, a loose side wall, and wrong handles, and notified them. On 11/16/22, they came back to recaulk and reset the loose top. The top was not set properly on the plywood support, and by the time they tried to correct the error, the glue had ******, so they proceeded to grind down the plywood to even the face of the plywood with the countertop, and contacted their office. On 12/23/24 an installer came to install the handles and recrew the sliders in the pantry. The handles were not installed correctly, and noticed a cracked top and notified them. in January 2023, they ************* to record and document the issues. **** installed the handles. In March, they send two installers recaulk, and record and document again the issues and promised to come back to reinstall the cracked top. Between March and June 2023, I had numerous phone calls with ****** from the installation team and she promised to send someone to resolve the issues. We want the to replace the cracked countertop and replace the bartop. For the bartop, we are willing to keep it as is, but with $2,500 to $3,000 reimbursement from Cabinet Warehouse to cover for the inefficient installation. The top of page 2 of the contract indicates "All work to be completed in a professional manner, according to standard practices". Their work has been very deficient and not professional at all, and their customer service inadequate. We have asked them to have a quality control manager to come and inspect and qualify their work, but the have not. Issues have lasted too long and they act like they don't care.Initial Complaint

We hired Cabinet Wholesale LLC at the end of Nov 2021 to install white shaker cabinets and a Pompeii Serenata Quartz countertop 2cm thickness in our newly remodeled kitchen. Measurements were taken twice as there was a issue with repairs to one of the walls. The initial measurements we were provided a fabrication sketch in which we were asked to review and approve. The new measurements that were taken on Dec 22nd, we requested multiple times for the sketch, and were told the slab was cut already. We were surprised. We waited 3 weeks for installation and when it was installed we found that all four pieces were cut crudely. Not only was it shorted in many places, the edges were a 3cm - not what we purchased. We emailed Cabinet Wholesale many many times about the problems with the countertops and that we wouldn’t accept like this. They never emailed - only verbal communication. They sent the sub-contractor (Coastal Stone Works) back to our house to remove and try to fix - it’s probably worse than the first go around. This company took our money and doesn’t stand behind their products or inferior sub-contractors work. They actually insisted we would have to pay them an extra $600 for the thicker edges and that was the least of our worries when we have a completely botched quartz countertop. We expect Cabinet Wholesale to purchase a brand new 2cm Pompeii Serenta slab that we can choose and to have it fabricated CORRECTLY for our kitchen. We would like to know the fabrication is being done by a reputable company - not Coastal Stone Works. The farmhouse sink was NOT level and we were told that on the reinstall. This was THEIR job to ensure our cabinets were level and that the sink was properly fitted and level before a template was made. I requested multiple times for them to send a rep to our home to see the countertops for themselves - no one came. Cabinet Wholesale was paid $12k for mediocre cabinets that we still have some issues with and they refuse toInitial Complaint

Yes their pictures look beautiful, and if you came into my kitchen you'd say the same thing...BUT...this company is not what it appears to be. Someone came to measure my kitchen (twice) for cabinets. When the cabinets arrived, one of the base cabinets was 3 inches too narrow. I complained and a new base cabinet was sent over...BUT...the upper cabinet was not replaced so the ends don't line up. The cabinets were installed without any finishing on the bottom of the upper cabinets. When I called, I was told I would have to pay extra for that, as well as cover the travel expenses of the installer. I ordered a special sink that required a special grate and drain converter (about $100.). The wrong sink was delivered without ever being told what I ordered was unavailable. So now I have $100.worth of unusable accessories. I also paid $50. for touch up paint which I have not received. Trying to reach the office is a joke. Don't be fooled by pretty pictures! Shame on Cabinet Wholesale.
