I am urgently contacting you regarding the discrepancies on my credit report, resulting from the sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus. This has caused significant financial and emotional distress.In line with 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I affirm my right to financial privacy and expect my information to be treated confidentially.Furthermore, under 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency is prohibited from disclosing account details without my explicit consent, which I have not given.The inaccuracies linked to SOUTH BROWARD ENDOSCOPY LLC have adversely impacted my financial status, necessitating immediate correction.Moreover, I emphasize adherence to 15 USC 1666(b), which prohibits creditors from treating credit card payments as late under specific circumstances.Below, you will find my account details for your reference:Account Number: 1690****I urgently request a comprehensive review of my account, prompt rectification of the credit report inaccuracies, and strict compliance with federal laws governing my information.Failure to address these concerns promptly may result in legal action. I have reviewed the patient's account and found the following:
The patient paid $250 at time of service (2/9/23), and it was noted that she had a $5000 deductible not yet met. Cigna allowed $1429.50, all applied to the deductible.
The patient was billed $1179.50 on statements dated 2/22/23, 3/29/23, 5/3/23, 6/7/23, and 7/12/23. The patient received text messages regarding their balance on 4/18/23, 5/16/23, 6/16/23, and 7/19/23
The account was turned over to ************ on 7/24/23. I spoke to ************, and the criteria to be able to report a medical bill to the credit bureaus is >1 year from DOS >$500 With the collection agency for more than 30 days.
All criteria was met to report this. In addition, I have attached the agreement with ************. Bullet G allows reporting.Billing called the patient today 4/3/2024 and started a discussion with her. She was told that we would give her the opportunity to pay but she hung up. ******* tried calling back the patient and it went to voicemail.

On July 7th I dropped my husband off to get his colonoscopy. As I was waiting in my car I recieved a texted from him stating he had a co-pay for $50 and her wish he know because he don't have it. I told him I didn't have to 2 weeks ago when I did mine wish we have the same insurance. When I walked in the desk clerk asked me if I'm here for pick up or do I have an appointment while I'm trying to find out what's going on with my husband. I told her I'm here with him she told me no one is allowed to be in the waiting area but the patients. But as I continue to wait outside my car, I saw so many people bring the family and remaining inside with their patients. I don't know if it's a color thing but I'm the only one who was of color and couldn't stay in the waiting area too hello my husband solve his issue. I'm every upset and disappointed with the facilityBusiness response
