      Vanlines USA is horrible! They damaged or broke dozens of items. We put a claim in, to remove tidy the situation, and have been given nothing but a run around for months!!!! Do NOT use this company!!!! They should not be in business. In addition, they gave us one price & added $2,800. on moving day & didn’t have a big enough truck for our belongings. Dozens of our items were split, scratched, broken and even after filing a claim that they did not do a thing with, or get back to us or, god forbid, give us money toward repairs or replacement!!!! They are a total *** ***!!!! Do NOT hire them!!! I was forced to give them 1 star. They are negative stars!

      To whom it may concern,

      Thank you for taking the time to sort out this matter. We were contracted by National (a moving broker), to perform this move from ***********,** to **********, **. Upon arrival at the customers house, a Revised Binding Estimate was given to the customer due to changes in *********************** needed with a guaranteed price.The customer signed this form prior to her items being loaded. Upon delivery,no complaints or mention of any broken or missing items. On the contrary, she invited the movers to her house for dinner as appreciation for the great service they performed for her. Only after several weeks did the customer request to file a claim and was given the proper instruction on how to file.She received an offer for a settlement and signed it. A check will be sent to the customer in the next few days to resolve this issue.

      I have to start off by saying I received all my stuff, and most are not broken. However, the guy who picked up my stuff (think his name is Tamir) was the rudest guy I have met and a straight up con man. When he showed up, there was no how are u and nice meeting u. It was straight to the paper work, which he told me to stop talking and just read and sign. He didnt really carry any of my stuff with care, and was ordering his partner around the whole time by yelling across the house. He then charged me a long carry fee even though I had one flight of stairs for him and he didnt have to walk more than 100 steps to his car. He then closed the truck door and refused to open it when he decided to charge me more because my stuff took up too much space. When I wanted to look to see if it actually took a lot of space, he refused to open the truck door. At last, he begged and pretty much demanded for tips with everything I just described. He knows people moving cannot reschedule so any time I wanted to call his boss he would just threaten to leave and I can find another truck. When I talked to other people that work for the company, they say he does this all the time now no one likes working with him. Not sure why he isnt fired The owner for this company is the same way so if this happens to u, u wont get ur money back. Some movers are really great people, but I guess some could give u a terrible moving experience.

      Good afternoon,

      We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any negative behavior by a driver or helper throughout the move. As a company we do not accept this kind of behavior and if this is true,proper reprimanding will take place accordingly.  This case is being investigated as such. All information regarding long carry fee and stairs is on your broker paperwork,your broker being All American Moving, who you booked your move through, made you aware of all said extra charges that could apply during your move.Additionally, upon arrival, the driver discovered a lack of parking next to the pickup location and the customer noted on the file I am responsible for paying the ticket. Customer agree that in the event company receive any parking ticket in the street. All charges were explained in detail prior to loading of any items.
      And, again, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, also wed like to offer $100.00 refund for said inconvenience. Please have the customer contact us at the number listed below. Thank you for your time in this matter.

      DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

      MOVE FROM WINTER PARK FLORIDA TO TOWSON MARYLAND.

      10/15/2021:
      (5) APPLIANCES WERE PICKED UP IN WINTERPARK FLORIDA. THE LEAD MOVER AND MYSELF SIGNED OFF ON THE ITEMS BEING LOADED ON A BOX TRUCK. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL BE DELIVERING THE ITEMS TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA.

      10/23/2021:
      (4) APPLIANCES WERE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE IN TOWSON MARYLAND IN A RYDER BOX TRUCK. A $4,XXX XX" GAS COOKTOP WAS MISSING. THE DRIVER CALLED HIS BOSS IN NEW JERSEY AND HE STATED IT WAS NOT IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.

      10/25/2021:
      I CALLED VANLINE USA OFFICE IN THE MORNING AND ASKED IF THE STOVE WAS FOUND. THEY HAD NO IDEA IT WAS MISSING AND SENT ME A CLAIM FORM.

      10/26/2021:
      I CALLED THE OFFICE AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY FOUND THE STOVE. THE MANAGER HAD THE RECEPTIONIST TELL ME THEY CALLED THE DRIVERS WHO PICKED UP THE APPLIANCES IN FLORIDA, AND THE MANAGER OF THE WAREHOUSE IN NEW JERSEY WHERE THEY WERE DELIVERED. NEITHER ONE REMEMBERS UNLOADING THE COOKTOP. THEY WERE IN A BOX TRUCK!!! THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO RECORD ALL OF THE ITEMS WHEN THEY UNLOAD IN HOLLYWOOD FLORIDA AND DELIVER TO A WAREHOUSE IN NEWJERSEY. I WAS TOLD THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND THEY DID NOT RECORD THE ITEMS. IN THIS SHORT PERIOD OF TIME NO ONE CAN FIND THE COOKTOP IN EITHER WAREHOUSE. IT IS OBVIOUS IT WAS STOLEN AND I WILL NEVER RECEIVE. WHAT IS SAD IS THEY HAVE THE RECEPTIONIST RELAY THE INFORMATION.

      THEY ARE A DISHONEST BUSH LEAGUE OPERATION. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN TO BUY MY OWN INSURANCE. IF I WAS TOLD BY THE BROKER VANLINES USA WAS THE COMPANY TO HANDLE THE MOVE, I WOULD HAVE HAD TIME TO LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS WHICH ARE TERRIBLE! THIS IS HOW THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS. LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE TO EVERY ONE STAR REVIEW THEY RECEIVE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE AN EXCUSE!
