    If I could leave -5 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience you can imagine. I had to throw the movers out of my apartment and I actually had to call the police on them. The **************************** should revoke this persons commercial moving license. Its a real shame that companies like this exist.

    Mr. ****** arranged his move and worked with the salesperson to compile a list of items he needed to ship. This booking process was handled entirely by American Choice Vanlines, as we, acting as their agent, were not involved in the booking.

    On the day of the move, we conducted a walkthrough, as required, to verify the inventory list. It was then discovered that the list Mr. ****** had approved did not match the actual items he intended to ship. We immediately informed Mr. ****** of the discrepancies, but his response was to curse and behave disrespectfully toward our customer service team.

    Despite his behavior, we worked to resolve the issue by negotiating a fair solution. We did not begin handling his items until we obtained his consent. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a significant discount and proceeded with the move.

    Throughout the negotiations, however, Mr. ****** was persistently rude and vulgar. Even after agreeing to the updated terms, he repeatedly changed his mind, causing delays. At no point did we pressure him to proceed with the move, and we took the time to ensure he fully understood the process. Unfortunately, he perceived our efforts as a waste of his time.

    In the end, after we had started working, spending time and resources, Mr. ****** changed his mind again and demanded, in a disrespectful manner, that our crew leave. We complied with his request and left.
    It is important to note that Mr. ****** did not reserve a parking space for the moving truck, despite claiming otherwise. This oversight created unnecessary risks and conflict with another customer in the building who had properly reserved the spot for their move.
    To summarize, we arrived on time and followed all required best practices for a professional moving service. We waited for over an hour and a half before leaving at Mr. ******** insistence. He was aggressive throughout the process, frequently yelling instead of communicating calmly. His behavior, including blaming our customer service team for his own mistake in providing an incorrect inventory list, was unprofessional and disruptive.

    Police involvement? Perhaps it was necessary for him, as his behavior intimidated the movers, and we promptly left as soon as he requested us to do so.
    Its important to emphasize that customers should remember service providers who operate professionally and by the book are not there to bear the brunt of frustration or serve as a punching bag for disrespectful behavior.
    We were ultimately relieved not to proceed with his move. Over the course of our companys history, we have successfully served ****** customers with only **************************************************************** this industry.

    If i could, Id give a -0 star. Doubled my quote the morning of the move. Totally destroyed the majority of my furnishings. I filed for compensation. My offer was$70.00. They can keep it. What they did was criminal and I have no recourse. Please never use this company and I would suggest simply getting rid of your stuff and starting all over with new. I spent $11,000.00 to move my stuff and had to basically buy all new anyway. Moving companies are the most unregulated businesses in this country. They have no incentive to take care of your stuff.

    Dont dont dont move with these guys. Horrible service , goods got stuck for several weeks , items lost , broken and missing and they have the audacity to offer you a very generous $0.6 per pound for missing /broken items !!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW UPFRONT COST. SCAMMERS.My girlfriend and I used this company to move her things from ***** to *******************. She ended up choosing this company because of their low price. After an initial quote a solid $1000 less than other companies, she packed up all her things in anticipation of moving day. They dont allow you to pay for the move with a credit card because people keep canceling the payments. After our experience, I understand why everybody would cancel considering the poor service.After they claimed she had more items than she had mentioned (false), they forced her to pay an additional $700 or they would cancel the move and take the deposit. Having already given notice, she had no choice but to pay. Only one guy came to move her stuff. Our estimated delivery date was *** 1st.On *** 15th the stuff had still not arrived, and the company would not give us any sense of when it would be arriving. We had a trip planned on *** 17th. Of course on the night of the 16th (8PM) we get a notice that the items will be arriving tomorrow (less than 24 hours). Not only that but they now claimed that the truck was too big to fit on our street to unload. I had just moved my stuff with the same size truck a couple of months ago, so I knew this was false. In addition, when overlooking the quote the moving company had told my girlfriend that the street WOULD fit the truck. Now they were claiming it would not, and that we had to pay an additional $650 to move it into a UHaul. When I brought up the ridiculousness of the price and situation the supervisor at the moving company screamed at me. Literally shouted about how they would not deliver her stuff and could not hold it.We ended up having to cancel our trip and rent our own UHaul truck. I drove the UHaul truck 30 minutes to the location to move her items. In addition, many of her items were poorly cared for and obviously haphazardly handled.

    First and foremost, we deeply regret any inconvenience this customer experienced during their move. It's important to note that the move was arranged through a broker, not directly with us. Consequently, we cannot be held accountable for the initial quote provided at the time of booking. Similarly, the review mentions a $700 increase for a revision, which was also not under our purview. This revision was likely conducted over the phone with the broker. We feel it's crucial to clarify our role in the process to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the situation. We were the actual moving company that executed the move, and we remain committed to providing the best possible service to our customers.


    Upon arrival at the pick-up location, no changes were made to the agreed terms. We did not add a single dollar to this move. We efficiently loaded and packed the items and proceeded with the move. Regarding the delivery, we must clarify that we can not guarantee a specific time frame for moves to the West Coast. Per our contract, we have 30 business days to deliver to any customer, anywhere in the ***, because most of these moves are typically conducted on an 18-*******, accommodating several other customers. Once the job is loaded for delivery, we inform our customers that the driver will provide a time frame the day before, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise within 24 hours.


    As for the shuttle, the tractor-trailer could not get into their neighborhood; they did not have a choice but to request a shuttle. Most of the prices mentioned in this review are inflated, so I don't know where the $650 price came from. The shuttle is a dollar a cube, and their move was 313 cubes so that the shuttle would have been $313. This cost would have included the truck, the labor of moving things on and off the truck, and the unloading at the delivery site. If the customer decided to do it themselves, that is totally up to them. As for us, the moving company, we held up our end of the deal.

    We showed up, did not raise the price, and promptly loaded and delivered their things. Everything else was on their broker and had nothing to do with us. The review was unfair to us, but we wanted to clarify things and explain our side.

    They are the worse moving company ever! They lost 2 of my boxes with very valuable things in them. They beat up my other boxes and re tape them cause thats how beat up they were. Also, they went through my boxes because all my stuff was moved around and other stuff were put in my other boxes. They delivered my stuff 3 weeks late. And they over charged me for the littlest things. I want at least half my money back and I want money back for my stolen lost boxes!!! This company needs to be reported and closed down!

    We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and are committed to resolving the issue promptly and thoroughly . We're actively investigating the missing boxes, recognizing the complexities of cross-country moves . Our team handles items with care, though transit-related box shifting can occur; extra protection is provided as needed. Late delivery adheres to contract terms, with a 30-business-day window agreed upon by the customer. Claims of overcharging are baseless; total charges were transparently explained and approved prior to the move. Attached is the printing estimate with a note reiterating upfront agreement; customers could refuse if any terms were unacceptable. The printed estimate underlines the 30-business-day delivery disclosure; the customer requested delivery on ******, fulfilled by 4-15-24. We'll contact the customer upon investigation results regarding the missing boxes and address any compensation based on the contract. We find the spread of false information and negative reviews made by her friends a long with her reviews on social media concerning and remind that it's neither legal nor helpful in resolving the issue effectively.

    Once again, we are actively handling the situation and will reach out to the customer if the missing boxes cannot be located. Our claims department is prepared to address the case if necessary

This BINDING estimate is based upon the specific items to be moved and services ordered as listed on the estimate. Your estimated rate per cu. ft. or rate per pound is guaranteed not to change unless you order additional services, add additional items to be moved, or additional weight to be moved which are not specifically listed on the estimate. Please carefully review this estimate for accuracy. This document is an estimate only and not a contract for services. The only contract for moving services is the Bill of Lading as required under 49 CFR Section *******. If you make any changes to the list of services ordered or the items to be moved, you must notify the estimator prior to your move date so an updated estimate can be issued to you and last-minute price changes can be avoided.  The accuracy of your estimate is wholly dependent upon the completeness of the specific items you inform the estimator that you are moving. Be advised that any changes to your order will result in a change to your estimated price.  For example, if you add additional items to be moved or order additional services at the last minute your price will increase accordingly.      Optional *********** Services and Additional Fees (if applicable to the move): It is customary for Moving Mania **** (sometimes referred to as Carrier) to offer additional service options to the customer.     Please read the following requirements & regulations to ensure a smooth and worry-free move.
    RESCHEDULE / CANCEL OF SERVICE: Estimates *** be canceled, and deposits are fully refundable if the customer cancels the estimate/order seven (7) days before the scheduled date of pickup.  An estimate/order *** not be canceled, and deposits are not refundable after the mover has begun the physical moving services, including but not limited to packing, loading, storage, transportation to and from the pick-up or delivery address, etc. Moving services *** not begin until the contract for service (Bill of Lading) is signed by the customer authorizing the mover to begin services.
    TERMS OF PAYMENTS: Upon booking a 30% deposit is required to be paid in the form of ***** MasterCard, Cash, or cashiers check.  Prior to pick up 70% of the balance is due in the form of Cash, Zelle, Cash app cashiers check, or personal check, (personal checks are NOT accepted if delivery is to be made the next day or within 7 days of pick up). At delivery, the balance is due prior to unloading in the form of a *********** Money Order or Cash only. MOVING MANIA **** reserves the right to collect up to 70% of the balance due prior to the goods leaving the origin state. Subject to federal law, payment in FULL of all charges is required before delivery and prior to unloading Subject to the 110% law, if applicable. All charges are based on full tariff rates. 
    Disclosure Statement for 30 Days Free Storage Offer
    At Moving Mania Mania ****, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. As part of our commitment to transparency and clarity in our services, we want to inform you about the terms and conditions of our 30 Days Free Storage Offer. Please read this disclosure carefully:
    1. Complimentary 30 Days Storage:
    As a valued customer of  ********************************************* ****, you are *********** 30 days of free storage for your belongings when using our moving services.
    2. Written Notice Requirement:
    To take full advantage of the 30-day free storage, you must provide us with a written notice at least 7 days before the end of the 30-day period. This written notice allows us to plan accordingly for the storage of your items.
    3. End of 30 Days Storage:
    Please note that customers cannot call for delivery at the end of the 30-day free storage period without providing the required 7-day written notice. We require advance notice to ensure a smooth transition.
    4. Non-Proration of Storage Fee:
    We do not prorate the storage fee for any unused portion of the 30 days. The storage fee remains applicable for the entire 30-day period.
    5. Monthly Fee for Additional Storage:
    Any usage of storage beyond the initial 30 days will be subject to a monthly storage fee (1 dollar per cube ).
    NO CHARGEBACKS: ******** agrees and understands that the charges on a credit card or for any check services rendered through Moving Mania **** are irrevocable, undisputable, and *** not be charged back, contested, or challenged now or in the future, doing so is a material breach of this agreement for which Moving Mania, Inc. would be *********** attorney fees, costs and fees associated with addressing a chargeback in addition to the amount challenged. Should the Customer not pay the amount submitted to by Moving Mania **** for the cost of the chargeback within 30 days after Moving Mania, Inc. has submitted its amount of cost due to the Customer contesting a charge, the charges will be turned over to an attorney. Moving Mania **** shall have at its sole disposal any other legal remedy it independently chooses to pursue any collection against Customer for the cost of the chargeback. The customer further agrees that proof of purchase by Moving Mania, Inc. is all that is necessary to establish to the credit card agency or banking institution to deny a chargeback to the Customer.
    PLEASE NOTE: Pick-up payment must be made on the day of the pickup.  If pick-up payment is not made on the day of pick-up, the shipment will NOT be loaded for delivery until pick-up payment is satisfied.  Also, if the shipment is going into storage, 30 days free will only apply IF pick-up payment has been paid.  If not paid within 5 days of pick up, storage will be charged at .1 Dollars per cube for the first 30 days. 
     PACKING YOUR GOODS: All Customers are responsible for packing all boxes and fragile items (glass, mirror, marble, and electronics) unless noted differently on this Estimate for services. For health and sanitary reasons all mattresses, box springs, and futon pads must be properly protected in a Mattress box or plastic cover. Personal effects in plastic bags are not allowed in the truck. Packing supplies are not included in the transportation cost and will be charged if required. Elaborate furniture items that need to be disassembled and/or reassembled *** require a 3rd party professional servicing or additional labor and should be disclosed to your estimator in advance of the move to be included on the estimate. Disconnecting and reconnecting appliances is not included in the estimate. Reassembly of any item is not guaranteed and is subject to the availability of tools and/or parts being available at delivery. Packing, materials, and unpacking services are available at an additional charge and are only included in this estimate if the service is listed on the services section of the estimate.
    ABBREVIATIONS and DEFINITIONS: Carrier: the moving company. Shipper: The consumer hiring the moving company. Articles listed as follows: Articles listed as CP = Carrier Packed; PBO = Packed By Owner; PO = fragile item to be wrapped with Pads Only per customer.
    CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: Some buildings require a certificate of insurance from the mover. Please check with your building management at both current and new locations regarding their requirements. Please notify your Relocation Specialist and we will be glad to assist you. Note: A fee *** apply depending on building requirements.
    PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Customers must confirm parking restrictions with the building/s management or local police department at both current and new locations in order for the carrier to avoid parking violations. If the truck physically or for reasons of parking restrictions cannot park close enough, Long Carrying or ********************* charges will apply and be added as an additional charge to the order.
    UTILITIES / APPLIANCES: Make sure that all of your utilities and appliances will be turned off and disassembled from electric, gas, and water connections prior to the day of your move. We do not disassemble or reassemble any utilities or appliances at both current and new locations on the day of your move-out or move-in.
    FURNITURE TRANSPORTATION and SPACE AVAILABILITY on TRUCK: Our Company requires that all drawers must be emptied prior to the day of the move. Furniture with full drawers will not be transported due to the high risk of damage to the actual furniture, premises walls, and floors. Logistics involving interstate moving services are complex and subject to change.  You are advised to have flexibility with your scheduled pickup and delivery dates. It is critically important and you are urged not to schedule your move on, or close to, the date you need to vacate your current home; or schedule flights, meetings, appointments, job start dates, or any other events based upon your estimated pickup and delivery dates.  Although we will do our best to accommodate your order, there is absolutely no guarantee that all of your property will fit on the truck at pickup if you do not notify us of any additional items or services to your move. We will reserve space on the truck to accommodate only the items and/or the amount of space (cubic feet) listed on this estimate. Any additional items not listed on this estimate *** not fit on the truck and will not be transported if space is not available.  Note that you will only be charged for the items actually picked up and transported. You will not be charged for any items left behind due to lack of space availability on the truck. Your moving estimate is not an agreement to move all of your property. It is merely an agreement to charge you a specified price per cubic foot or price per pound for the items of property actually picked up, transported, and services performed.  The moving company will do its best to accommodate a second pick-up and the transportation of the extra items but is not obligated to go back and pick up any extra items of property left behind.  The best way to prevent problems, surprise charges, or space issues on the truck is to accurately communicate the number and size of items you will move to the company estimator. 
    LIABILITY: Moving Mania **** provides two valuation options: Limited liability and full replacement value (FVP). Both options cover furniture and boxes packed/unpacked by Moving Mania **** Valuation is not insurance coverage. We suggest you purchase third-party insurance to protect your property.  Valuation is the maximum amount you are declaring as the total value of your property. For example, valuation is similar to the bluebook value of an automobile; in the event of a total loss, the maximum amount to be recovered is the bluebook value or valuation. The value you declare as the maximum worth/valuation of your property does not increase depending on how or why the property was damaged. By signing this form, you are waiving certain valuable coverage that protects your property above the minimum amounts set by law. Please read carefully before making your selection. Subject to the minimum valuation of $0.60 per pound per article and in compliance with and subject to the provisions of 49 CFR Section 375.701(a), the shipper will always have at least the minimum valuation coverage. Moving Mania **** cannot control whether proper packing methods are used by the consumer shipper, therefore on boxes packed by the owner as well as pressed wood (particle board) furniture, fragile or brittle items such as glass, china, ornaments, etc.; liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per article. Moving Mania **** has the right to inspect and repair any alleged damage. As to real property not transported by the carrier; the consumer shipper waives all claims and agrees that  Moving Mania ****, or its agents, are not liable or negligent, for any and all damage to the interior or exterior of any real property, building or residence including, but not limited to walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, banisters, carpets, plumbing, sprinklers, doorways, driveways, walkways, concrete slabs, lawns, trees, landscaping, etc. In addition, you are not able to give to us to carry and we accept no liability whatsoever for firearms, jewelry, cash, bank notes, any financial instruments, hazardous materials, or liquids.
    PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Pickup and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the optional Premium ****************** (P.G.S.) is purchased. Standard Service (S.S.) period is up to a maximum of thirty (30) business weekdays, not including storage time, weekends, or holidays. The delivery period/window begins on the first date indicated as available for delivery (not the date of pickup). The date indicated as 1st available for delivery is the first date of the delivery period/window and not the promised delivery date. Moving Mania ****'s estimated delivery period is up to thirty (30) business days from the date indicated as first available for delivery. If you must have your property delivered by a specific date, you are strongly encouraged to purchase our optional Premium ****************** (P.G.S.); otherwise delivery can take place anytime up to thirty (30) business weekdays beginning on the first date available for delivery. The per diem daily rate for delay is a maximum of $***** (thirty dollars) per day.  All estimated times of arrival are subject to change depending on many industry factors such as traffic, weather conditions, unforeseen mechanical problems or unexpected services to be rendered with orders. Note: Moving Mania **** will not discount any account due to any delays listed above. We will keep the customer informed verbally on the move date with a new / revised ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) depending on our schedule. If a shipment is loaded for delivery and in route and the customer decides that they are now unable to accept the delivery based on their original FAD, then the customer will be charged a Re-Delivery fee of $1.00 a cube and a storage fee of .60 cents per cube.  This amount will be added to their total due and the delivery period clock will then be reset based on the new FAD.  
    REVISED WRITTEN ESTIMATE:  If prior to or on the day of the scheduled pick-up the shipper tenders more property or makes a change to the initial order for which they received an estimate; Moving Mania **** *** either (1) undertake the job with the additional property, in which case the shipper would only be required to pay 10% more than the initial estimate to receive the property on a non-binding estimate or 100% of the binding estimate and the remaining balance will be billed after the 30-day deferment. Or (2) Moving Mania **** and the shipper *** execute a Revised/Rescission document, PRIOR TO LOADING OR OTHERWISE BEGINNING THE **** this rescission document and a new estimate is given prior to loading will service as the only active estimate for which charges will be calculated.
    AGREED MANDATORY CHOICE OF LAW, VENUE, AND JURISDICTION. If a lawsuit becomes necessary to resolve any dispute between MOVING MANIA **** and the shipper, said suit shall and must only be brought in the circuit or county court in and for Dade County, *******. Suits involving disputed interstate shipments must be limited to the governing federal law. Both parties agree to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the ******* Courts and agree given the relationship to the state, such exercise is reasonable and lawful. The shipper consents to jurisdiction in Dade County, ******* and hereby waives the right to be served within the ****************.
    AGENTS: Moving Mania **** *** use agents/independent sub-contractors on all orders. Additionally, unless you purchased an exclusive use of the vehicle option, there is no guarantee that your items will not be temporarily stored or offloaded and reloaded onto a different vehicle then performed pickup and consolidated with other shipments.
    LEGAL PROCESS NOTICE TO ALL CLAIMS: Moving Mania **** shall not be liable for the loss or damage of the goods unless the claim is made in writing and supported by proof of ownership, value, and weight. As a condition precedent, all outstanding monies due to Moving Mania **** must be paid in full before any claim can be made. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery or demand thereof is refused and must be limited to the destination descriptions of damages for each item on the inventory logs. All damages and missing items must be noted on the inventory logs. Damage indications must specify each item damaged at the time of delivery. The shipper or agent has full authority to order services and enter into an agreement.
    SUMMARY OF NEUTRAL DISPUTE SETTLEMENT PROGRAM::  The neutral arbitration program has been designed to give neither party any special advantage.  If a dispute arises between Moving Mania **** and the shipper arbitration *** be a mutually beneficial alternative to help resolve the dispute. Section 49 CFR Section ******* provides that a mover must have a program in place to provide shippers with an Arbitration alternative.  Arbitration is optional and not required under Federal law.  A. Summary of the arbitration process: Arbitration is an alternative to courtroom litigation. It provides each party to the dispute to present their cases and allows a neutral third-party arbitrator to make a decision as to the merits of each sides case. Arbitration subject to this agreement shall be conducted via written submission and, subject to the arbitrators discretion, through telephonic appearance.  After the initial filing fees have been paid and the arbitrator selected, the initiating party or Claimant must submit a written brief summarizing their legal position and factual claims. All supporting documentation must be included with the initial arbitration brief.  Copies of all documents must be submitted to all parties involved in the arbitration. Upon receipt of the Claimants arbitration brief and supporting documents, the responding party or Respondent will have 30 days to file their responsive arbitration brief and supporting documentation.  Further deadlines and timetables are subject to the arbitrators discretion.  B. Legal effects: If the arbitration alternative is chosen, then any decision made by the arbitrator *** be binding. Additionally, an arbitration decision *** not be appealed in a court of law. All parties agree that the arbitrator's decision will be based exclusively on the governing ************* Federal Law without regard to conflicting State laws or regulations. C. Applicable costs: Each party is responsible for their own costs associated with arbitration. A benefit to the arbitration alternative *** be that it is less expensive than traditional litigation. Each party is responsible for 50% of the costs associated with securing the arbitrator and 100% of their own expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees.  There is a $250 filing fee FOR EACH PARTY and a supplemental charge of $50 administration fee.  Call the carrier at the phone number on the front of this form for ADR processing forms.
    SHIPMENT VALUATION AND COVERAGE: Moving Mania **** Basic Liability of $0.60 per pound per article is included in this estimate at no charge. If any article is lost, destroyed, or damaged while in your movers custody, your movers liability is limited to the actual weight of the lost, destroyed, or damaged article multiplied by $0.60 cent per pound per article. This is the basic liability level and is provided to you at no charge. It is considerably less than the average value of household goods. Full value protection coverage is available for an additional cost at the customer's request (cannot be purchased after the move has begun). We suggest you purchase third-party insurance to protect your property.
    Notice of Maximum amount due upon delivery: Final charges will be based on actual weight or cubic feet/volume of property and services provided. The maximum amount demanded at the time of delivery, prior to unloading, is the amount of the non-binding estimate plus 10%; or 100% of the binding estimate. Actual charges *** exceed the amount estimated if additional services were ordered or required to be performed; if the customer moved additional items, weight, or cubic feet; or if extra service options such as packing, or storage were necessary.
    VERY IMPORTANT - IF YOU ADD ***** AT PICK-UP OR IF THE ***** ARE A DIFFERENT VOLUME AND/OR WEIGHT FROM WHAT IS ITEMIZED ON THIS **************.    The mover *** provide you with a revised estimate
    2.    DO NOT allow the mover to load the truck or perform any services before you agree in writing to the new estimate
    3.    If you have not signed the mover's revised estimate, and the mover loads the truck, then Federal regulation requires that the mover has reaffirmed the original estimate and cannot demand additional payment at delivery for the additional items. Any balance due above the binding estimate would need to be billed by the mover thirty days after delivery.
    4.    If you agree to and sign a revised written estimate at the pickup location, you will be bound by that estimate new estimate price. If 
    This is why we ask you to notify us of modifications at least 3 business days before the scheduled pick-up date, to avoid surprises at pick-up! On the day of pick-up, your ******* *** offer you a new revised estimate listing all costs for the entire move including the additional services ordered or additional items to be moved, if any.  The total price will be the same as the price listed on this estimate if your inventory's estimated weight/volume has not changed and if you do not require additional services. If your inventory's estimated weight/volume increases or if you require additional services, however, then your price *** change based on the rate per pound and/or cubic feet stated in this estimate.


    CLAIM FILING PROCEDURE: As per company TERMS AND CONDITIONS, in the unlikely event a customer realizes that some of their goods are damaged or missing, or if they feel that they have been over-charged or charged for services that they didn't receive prior, during or after services were completed, all customers FULLY understand that they MUST initially give the service provider (Moving Company) the FIRST RIGHT to fully investigate and respond in writing with a resolution to their issues.

    One third of load never delivered .Alot of what got here is broken.Loaders from different company did xlent job of bagging, taping, y listing items. When driver opened semi door, load was torn apart y on floor in a pile. Mattress y box not taped, bagged anymore or together. Local inexperienced guys were hired to unload. They actually dumped what was delivered into a pile on living room floor. Big on top of little. I requested not to throw glass y was told I had no say in the matter. **** had two drops which was never scheduled either and dumped here. This company should not be in business and are not BB credited. They were not hired by my choice, was sub-contracted. Which I was told would never happen.Beware.

    Moving Mania is a total unprofessional moving company. The dispatcher who's name I dont remember is the worse professional I have ever encountered, If you decide to hire this company, please read the long contract. They will only pay you $.60 per pound for damages, therefore, if you have a small expensive item, they will only pay you sixty cents per pound. They broke items before they were loaded on the truck. They broke three out of six dinning room chair legs that are unable to be repaired. Do the math, if the chair weighs 15 pounds, they will pay you $9.00 to repair the leg, you will be unable to replace that leg for $9.00. They were suppose to start packing my household goods Wednesday - Thursday, they called me at 5:00pm Wednesday saying they were on there way and that they should arrive by 5:30. I had been waiting all day and no communication from them therefore, I politely refused to allow them to arrive at my residence at that time to begin packing. That was the first red flag. The next day two employees arrived after 10:00am, after the lead packer toured the house he was stunned at the amount of household goods he had to pack and that he would need additional help, so he contacted his dispatcher and they video taped the house and contents. After that encounter, the price increased substantially. The dispatcher sent day workers to assist, people he hired to provide labor for the day which they were paid cash. Moving Mania had no idea who they were hiring, they could have allowed criminals to enter my house, they could have allowed individuals with diseases, their only concern was providing bodies to help with a contract they had no idea the amount of work required. Delivery of my goods was Saturday and Sunday because they only had one truck. Delivery was just as bad. If you are considering hiring this company, do yourself a favor and do your research.

    Worst moving company. Moved us from ** to VA. Took a week before our items arrived. Tons of damage to our furniture-white leather couch and love seat have tons of dark stains and a tear, both white chairs have dark stains, wood dresser has huge chipped wood from it, head board has chipped wood, side rail has chipped wood, broken lamp, broken picture frame, wobbly entrance table, missing comforter set. Filed a claim on these items valued at over $4000 and they came back with a settlement offer of $60. What an insult! Will be looking at taking further action through an attorney.

    Horrible. Lots of luck getting your truck delivered. Too late discovered not registered with BBB. Am sure they have no idea what customer service is. IT IS DEFINITELY A BAIT AND SWITCH. After being quoted $5000, was told it would be an additional $4000 plus. You end up stuck and robbed. Don't believe ads etc. Booked through ******* Moving not knowing it was a broker. Probably in their 15 pages of info they state that but I'm not an attorney. Stay away from both

    CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS.Walked into our apartment with a $2k estimate which immediately changed to $4500. When asked to itemize the alterations, they refused and asked their movers to leave. Ultimately, the police were called after they called me a w**** and told me to f*** myself.No refund, no manners.****** acts congenial and friendly on the front end, but the day of the move, she is rude and unyielding. I never did catch the name of the "gentleman" who told me to f*** of and mentioned to his movers loud enough that the police should also f*** off.****POLICE CALLED **** TAKING LEGAL ACTION**** AVOID AT ALL COSTS
