HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM!I traded in my 2011 ******** for a 2014 RAM ProMaster, from *****************, on June 23, 2023. I since then, the credit union which provided the auto loan for me, has paid the dealership 2 months ago, but yet the dealership has YET to pay the bank for the purchase of the ********. Here it is, 3-months after I have purchased my new vehicle, and the dealership has still hasn't paid the bank. I have been up there multiple times, every week, but associate, *** and the assistant, has been giving me the runaround, which lead to me reporting this company to the *** and BBB. Every time I went up there, I had to start recording all of the conversations in order to get them to start setting things straight. It took them a while, but after fighting with them for 2 weeks, they finally reimbursed me for the payments that I've made on the ********, since I sold it to them, but the bank still has NOT received the check that the dealership supposedly re-sent out a month ago, for a vehicle that was purchased 3-months ago. I gotten pulled over, but the dealership registered my vehicle under the same tags as the ********, so the cops harassed me because the plates didn't match the registration. The check they said they sent to the bank, for the second time, never ended up making it to the bank. Now they won't pick up my calls and every time I go up there, they lock the gates. The ******** is still in legally mine, as far as registration, financial responsibly and by right. These people are FRAUDS.Pure disgusting service.Initial Complaint

I purchased an SUV from this dealership on July 19, 2023. I paid for the vehicle completely, no financing. The temporary tag and registration have expired and the dealership hasn't provided me with the ****** or the registration and tag. I have made many attempts to contact the dealership and they are giving me the run around. Many stories about them sending me an extended temporary tag and registration until they get the tag from the **** but I have not received anything. Now I have a vehicle that I can't drive because it doesn't have any registration.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car from them about a month ago. I hadnt received a license plate nor any updates from the dealership. I called them approximately 10 times with either a message to call back, or being hung up on by someone that doesnt speak English. Finally got ahold of them and was told I would need to come in to get the plate. Came in to pick up the plate and they wanted to charge me $455 for registration. They refused to explain why this was added to a price that was out the door when I bought the car. Tried calling the tag agency they used, but was told I have to go to the office. So I picked up my paperwork to head to the tag agency. The car dealership employee jumped up, slammed me against the wall, and snatched the papers out of my hand. The police were called and I filed assault charges. The dealership told me to get out and never come back, so now I have no way to even get my tags
