  on 2/22/24 I purchased a vehicle from Easy Deal Auto brokers at **************************, Fl from the owner ****. I was financed through start auto finance and Ive already paid my first car payment. On a late Friday evening on 3/22/24 they illegally stole my vehicle through their friend ***************************** and they only repoed my car with a bill of sale. They are not on the title or the lien. I immediately went to the property when I noticed my car was gone and tracked it through the app. I called the ************************* saying they stole my car. Ive made complaints with everyone. They knew this bc occriding to my contract I had 30 days to file a complaint to keep them out of court but I was not allowed to get my documents until that Tuesday. They wont let me on the property to get my personal belongings or receipts and thats where they knew the contracts were. They did everything on a Friday evening preventing me to able to formally file any complaints until Monday and Tuesday and they knew that bc that is what the contract started but they wouldnt allow me to the contracts. Easy deal is obvious committing bank fraud along with grand theft auto with *****************************. All 3 companies are working together to steal money and cars back. Im at a stand still and really not getting any help.They are doing everything last minute when I have no time to do anything. He submitted to the bank that I put 12k down on the car then came back with a bill of sale that was never submitted to the bank until 30 days later I owe 4k more. Thats insane. I never seen the dates they were trying to say I owe . I was so disgusted and distraught that Monday I was trying to do anything to get my car back loan but its completely illegal and unethical. Im begging for help to retrieve my personal belongings and my down payment back. I just bought tires for that car as well that was $1600 from ***** tires.

  I purchased a Range Rover from this conpany in December 2022 . It was advertised as a 2014 Range Rover Evoque. I have proof. I was not aware it was a 2013 until after turning over my $8000 cash and receiving paperwork weeks later. The car broke down 2 days later. I asked to have the car replaced for a different vehicle, the dealer refused. I had spent over $5,000 in repairs. The timing belt went out in May 2023. Easy Deal Auto dealership has had my vehicle in their possession for 7 weeks prom missing to fix it. Today I get a call that they cant fix it and they are Refusing to trade the car for another vehicle. They are selling bad cars to the public under falls advertisement. They are taking cash and not allowing people ***** periods to know if the car is actually reliable.

  I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. After after two weeks, the vehicle stopped working. I contacted the dealer. The dealership offered no solution. I paid for the car in cash. Several attempts were made for the dealer to resolve this situation. They refused to correct the situation. Now I am left with no vehicle. No money. And no resolution. I would like my money back as soon as possible so that I may purchase another vehicle so that I can work. This situation Has been a burden to my life. Without a car I cannot work to support my family. I use all the money I had to purchase said vehicle.

  Hello, Im ********************* from Easy Deal Auto Brokers Corp. ************************ Purchased a 2008 jeep wrangler vin ***************** on 8/19/2022. This vehicle was purchased AS-IS no Warranty and the terms of the sale were explained to ************************ at the time of the sale. Its been almost 10 months since he purchased the vehicle, there's nothing else we can do at this point, the dealership can recommend him to a mechanic shop and get him a diagnostic and hopefully help him get his vehicle repaired at a discounted price if he wishes, that's the only help we can provide at this point. Attached you will find the documents from the sale signed by ************************ stating the vehicle was sold AS-IS No Warranty. I hope this can help resolve this matter.

  May 5 2023 @ 2am ************ had my car repo while I was in the car they later on tried to tell me the only way I can get the car is if I pay the owner ****** 14k cash after receiving an additional 3k cash for the car I had one late payment and the bank still kept my acct open and active and I just made my second payment and they just took the car even after the bank told me to pick up the vehicle ****** said he doesnt know where the car is located and that I need to ask the bank so I later than told the bank to close the loan that I have out with them since the dealer took the car and kept all *********** the dealership later called me taunting and laughing at me saying Ive made their page go viral helping them reach 2/3k they threatened me saying if I came with anybody or police to pick up my belongings they will make me pay **** so I agreed to meet them alone on Monday

  Dealer sold me broke car , refuse to give my money back , myself and finance company tried to get dealer to put me in new car but no corporation they are scams , I have no papers on car no contract , I want my money back put down $3500 car been broken now sitting two weeks tow car back to dealer dealer refise to give money back or place me in new car, finance company withdraw loan back from dealer and now Im asking my money back

  I went to Easy Deal to buy a car after seeing their add online* I get there me and a Co-Worker name ****** who is my witness to everything, when I brought the car* Upon getting the car ,  I was interested in a 2015 white ******** Benz * They walk me over to the car and I look inside and realize a bit of cracks in the driver locations , so I look around and the Dealer lot, and had  just arrived a huge Truck Carrying,  Another Other white ******** , different from the other in they took that one off the truck and ask am Im interested in the one that just arrived off the truck , I said okay , so they took me and the ******** that just touch down to start on paper work for that car , but I said to myself isnt they suppose to inspect the car , since it just arrive off a truck to their ****** ? But I paid no mind , the car price they told me since the ******** was an 2011 an older car, its $****** total * There was paperwork I had to fill out , I looked through all the paperwork to makesure it was okay to ***************** and another car sales Man was there trying to get me approved into the 2011 ********, they than said how much do I want to put down , I said $2500 down , than they waited for 30 mins , got up went on the opposite side of the room which we were in, they came back and said can I put down $3000 so I said yes , than they ask again can I put down $3500 , I hesitated and said no , they said they are trying hard to get me Approved , which they was not telling the truth , they was trying to rip me off of money , so I said okay , I pulled out my Debit card to pay them than they said no Mommy they called me Mommy and said they need $3500 cash so they told the CarSales Man to give me ride to the bank  to take money out of bank , that was near which was Citibank whom I bank with, so ********* ask me what money is for ? I told them Withdrawn to put down on a car and this person is the CarSales Man whos with me* They gave me the money and we went back to the car lot and I gave ***** the $3500 cash for the down payment for the ******** and I waited on my receipt from him and he never did give a receipt , he put it on paper he said    supposedly contract * So he had me sign two other documents related to the Sale of the car and he circle that I old now , left after my down payment of $3500 only  $***** , I said okay , he put paper tag on the car and said Bank Approved Car finance , and once back give me a car lie and tell them I put down $4500 instead of $3500 , I said but I didnt , I put down $3500 , he said just tell them $4500 and tell them you make ***** to ***** month as a business owner self employment please ?  which Is United Auto Credit finance company , I ask him give me my contract *****, he said Mommy again he called me , to come back in he give me contract hes not done with everything he told me take the car and he gave car to me, so I drove  car home* While driving the car started shaking, stiffness of steering wheel and car smelled very strong mole wetness like car been flooded which I ask whats the smell when I purchase car they said what smell , however as driving home car shakes , smells like mole and steering wheel tightness and on dash computer board on car reads Check Engine light and Auxallary Battery and low tires pressures * So I contacted ***** next day after having car over night told him all issues and explain steering wheel tightness and car trouble and mole smell making every one sick , he said he will give me an appt to bring car back which was two days later, I took car back up there , I pointed out issues they saw it etc, and said they will fix everything , so to my surprise they called me back to pick up car within 24 hours in I said to myself this is major issues with car why are they calling me to quick , so I get there they say mommy car fix good you can drive now , I get in car nothing been done put the smell was gone it wasnt strong smell nomore , and they poured steering wheel fluid into the steering wheel to loosen up all other issues they didnt fix and I told them they brush it off and I showed them all the lights that are still on and tokd they nothing been fix so they said mommy its okay taking care of drive car home , I drove car home , since than from that day trouble after trouble , kept calling up to ****** no answer, car stop on me , steering tightening couldnt move it to right or left , steering wheel fluid was poured into car still no movement , check engine lights on , auxiliary battery all issues showing on dash board remained , two belts under neath hood poped , since i missed worked twice my kids missed school twice , the car been sitting in my drive way for two weeks couldnt drive it , my only options was to make calls to the *************** , for two in a half weeks been paying for Lyft and Uber back and forward spent over $300 on Lyft / Uber * I am a single divorce woman, three children , me and my kids was homeless before we brought the car , we brought car and I got a place , so I contacted *************** to tell them whats going on with car , they said they will contact the ****** , it shouldnt be happening since I just got they car and my car payments for first month with the finance company is not due less than two months I had the car , I spend hrs upon hrs trying to get finance company to do something they keep saying they can only talk to ****** and ****** was ignoring their calls * So I called ***** and got an answer over the phone told him whats going on again with car and it shouldnt be happening , I made my out of pocket $390 car payment to him last month March , since he lied and said he sent paper to finance the car to finance company , which he didnt on time * According to *************** I didnt get finance or car lot never reached out to them until two weeks later last month March is when I actually got financed and still no paper or contract on the 2011 ******** * However spoke to ***** told him issue with car by phone he than tried to tell me to pay money to get it fix give him money to fix car , I said no ! You guys never inspected the car when u sold it to me, *************** said it to you guys wasnt suppose to sale me a car that hasnt been inspected , the Lemon Law statue says Car Dealers must disclose all known issues with car including inspect car before ****** a car to customer, this car lot never did that * So I told ***** hes not ripping me off and they have to fix car, or place me ** a new car ******** or give me my money back , its been less than two months and my first car note is not due yet with *************** , so he said hes not giving money back I said you have to or give me new car , so I hung up with him he text me and told me to bring car up there , I contact finance company they said they are trying to speak to

  Them to place me in a new ******** but car lot do not want to corporate over two weeks been trying to get my money back or for ****** place me in new car nothing , so I made contact for the 8 time with the car ****** spoke again to ***** and he said bring car but I have to pay I said no they never fix issues , he told me I didnt have warranty on that car , in he said he will call me back , explain the car been sitting for two weeks not fare give my deposit back , I contact finance company and they said the ****** is lying I do have warranty which I pay for included , so car lot is lying to me , so since I found out I have warranty finance company gave me warranty number I called they told me what they fix , and unfortunately the issues with the car 2011 ******** they said I might have to let ****** fix it because they may not cover such issues only engines and transmission they car , so I said a lot is wrong with the car and its stick, so the warranty told me I have free towing with the coverage to get car towed back to ****** so they schedule the tow truck and on today April 25 th I got towed for free since warranty covered to get car tow back to ****** , we arrived to the ****** , tow truck man took pictures of the car I even took pics of the car and damages and sent them to Deago who works at Carlot and also sent them to *************** , so I saw ***** at car lot told him I brought car there by tow truck , he proceeded to say Im not getting my money back, and hes not putting me in a new car I said no u cant rip me off and take my money like that , I havent had car long enough its only been one month in a half , my payment for finance company havent arrived yet there for I have my rights to bring car as u stated so u can fix it but Im not paying for car to get fix its the ****** job not mine, he kept saying hes not giving me my money back or placing me in new car, so I called police and police came I told police he rip me off, I have no papers on the car no contract on the car everyone I ask he says hes working on it etc and I want my money back or he has to place me in new car , police go to speak to the car lot persons than come back to me than say I have to sue ****** civil matter , but police said why didnt they give u contract for car I said I ask them when I first bright car they said they working on rest of paper work , so police gave me case card and left, then they tried to bring me a made up contract that said car sold As IS   I said no not accepting that it wasnt a AS IS car of it came off a truck and moment it got off you didnt inspect car u just sold it to me and also you forge my signature on a contract with the ***************s last month which increase my pay off instead of ***** like the paper you circle said come to find out finance company said ****** to pay off and plus u didnt contact them when I brought the car u lied , they recieve loan last March according to finance company which I never receive papers for that , so he said I need yo leave or hes calling police, I said I need my money or place in new car he kept saying Im not getting either , I ask him why do he take pleasures in ripping ding mothers off in taking their money ? So I contact finance company on the phone with supervisors they said they trying to talk to the ****** the ****** doesnt want to corporate they asking ****** to place me in another car but ****** do not want to answer etc, so I hung up with ****** tried to go to Deago again and tell him give my money so I can go else where to buy me car , he still refusing , I contact finance company again this time A Supervisor said to me , do to ************** lies back and Forward They asked For the loan money the finance company giving to ****** to be sent back to the finance company I said when they said twenty mins ago as we speak, I said well Im sitting outside the ****** and no one came to tell me You guys taking the finance Loan back from the ****** they said yes because the ****** do not want a mutual understanding so they ask the ****** to send the money back * And now I have to speak to ****** in regards to any down payment for the 2011 I gave them so this means the car is now the ******, the finance company is no longer financing the car, snd  the ****** now is the owner of the car because finance company took back the loan do to ****** not wanting to fix the car I financed and paid down payment on , or put me in new car! I said to ***** the finance company said they just ask you guys for the loan money back for the car he said correct so I said well I have to give me my $3500 back I put down on the car !!!   This is a car dealership that deals in scams. They posted a listing for a car and I responded to the listing, letting them know that I was interested in the car. They seem friendly at first and asked me to come by and I explained to them that it was a nine hour trip and I wanted more information on the vehicle before I headed that way. I asked for the Vin, and at first they were hesitant to send it to me, asking why I needed it and what I needed it for when I told him that I wanted to run the van to search for accidents they ended up, sending it to me, but it was to a different car than what I asked about. So I asked for pictures of the engine to see what state the engine was in. They asked me why I wanted pictures of the engine to just come and look at it like I told him I would. When I asked for pictures again, they started ignoring me and refused to send the pictures, but even though they refuse to send the pictures, they contacted me again, asking me to come by. Now they called me today and they asked me if I could come look at the car and when I asked about the car and for the pictures they stopped, and then admitted that they had already sold it. In fact, they had sold it before I even inquired about it. According to other reviews, this tactic known as bait and switch is very common with this dealership they post vehicle said they were good prices that they dont have to make people come there and then they tell them that its already sold and to make them buy some thing else thats overpriced.

  Hello, in regards to this complaint I'm not sure which vehicle this person is referring to so therefore I'm not even sure if this even happened, in our defense we have over 150 cars in inventory and sometimes the units do get sold while a customer is inquiring about the same vehicle, but that's how the business works, this person was told the car was sold on the phone before he came so I don't really know what he is even complaining about. He was offered another vehicle and he decided not to come see it so that's where it should've ended. I hope this could get this complaint settled, thank you.

  This is a blatant lie. I had to press the sales person Ramn MULTIPLE times because he kept saying the car was available and to come look at the car because they had it. And it was not after I told him that I would not go unless they provided the pictures I asked for, that they finally admitted the car was sold BEFORE I ASKED! THE VERY FIRST TIME DAYS BEFORE. This is unacceptable. And not the only time they have done this. Take a look at their ****** Reviews.

  I Had put a down payment for a truck with Easy Deal Auto Brokers. After 3 weeks of having this vehicle I had found extensive damage on the vehicle, this business tried to hide the damage with black paint. Now this business has a policy, before 30 days if there's any damage or unsatisfied with the vehicle they have to return the down payment of the vehicle. This Business refuses to return the down payment of the vehicle.

  Hello, in regards to the complaint mentioned above.. ************************************ came into Easy Deal Auto Brokers on November 12th 2022 to purchase a 2016 **** F250 vin ***************** ******************** checked the vehicle thoroughly, took it on a test drive, agreed on the terms of purchase and then proceeded to sign and drive off with the vehicle. ******************* then came back to our dealership a few days later complaining about some minor repairs that needed to be done on the vehicle, something about the suspension etc, the dealership then informed ******************* that the vehicle he had purchased was AS-IS NO WARRANTY and even though we were not responsible for any repairs we would help him out in order to make him happy and continue with the sale. The dealership recommended a shop for the repairs to be done, once the repairs were done ******************* took possession of his vehicle, was happy with the outcome and the deal went through with the lender. About a month later ******************* brought back the vehicle stating he needed his money back and wanted to back out of the deal because the vehicle according to him was not in perfect condition, he was informed once again that even though the vehicle was sold AS-IS NO WARRANTY we would do our best to help him out, he then refused to keep the vehicle stating he just wanted out of the deal and just handed over the keys, he was informed that no money would be given back if that was the case, he agreed and left our premises. Attached you will find a copy of the documents signed by *******************, he was also given a copy of his signed documents.

  On September 10th I found this car and I went to see it with my dad. I put a down payment and they said I can take the car home as is while my dad tried calling his banks to get approved for a loan. Keep in mind the car had issues already while testing driving it we pointed it out to the salesman and he said to bring it back on September 15th and theyll fix the issue. So, the car gets driven home and the next day my cousin decided to take it to the mechanic to see whats actually wrong with the car without fixing the issue. Well on the way to the mechanic the car leaves my cousin on the side on the road failing to turn on once more. My mechanic made way to where the car was and took a look at it and was telling us the car had a fuel pump issue and a transmission issue. We called the dealership letting them know what happened they said to not worry, to bring the car in tomorrow and theyll fix the car. We then had a towing company pick up the car to bring it to my house and later the next day tow it to the dealership. Next day when I follow the tow truck to drop the car off at the dealership, my mom and I were speaking to the salesman and he was just saying to not worry that theyll fix the car up and theyll give it to me like brand new in the next 3 days. 3 days pass I get a call and theyre saying they havent received the car parts yet to fix the car wish is understandable. Then a week passes I dont get any updates beside my dad calling me to just forget about the car and ask for the money back. Well I send my mom to go ask for the money back and without any problems they agreed on giving me my money back, but that my dad has to pick up the money since hes the one that signed the contracts. So 2 weeks pass without any communication from the dealership and my dad arrives from his out of state job and passed by to go pick up the money. The salesman declines him and says sorry we cant give you your money back and my dad asked if the car is even ready and its not
