In early November, I ordered a set of front floor mats from this company. They were almost $90. When I receive them, I immediately contacted the company via email to tell them the color that I picked from the website does not match the color of the floor mats and does not match the interior of my car. On November 22 I received an email from the company stating that they were reaching out to a supervisor who will be reaching out to me to assist with my return. I have sent 6 follow up email since then Ive heard nothing back from the company. I want to return these floor mats and I want a full refund. Their website confirms hassle free returns and thats definitely not what Im getting. I will send you a photo of the **** in my car as well as the original email I got from them.
