I have been having issues with management at my condominium ************** that is handle by HC Realty. I completed a balance I had previously with Windward Lakes of $3,300.00 in full back in April. One of my payments was lost by management. I met in person with ***** multiple times. I provided proof of payments both electronically and in person. The amount missing within the payment totaled $400.00 that was made my money order on April 27, 2024. I have reached out multipole times to the corporate office by email and no one responds. I have reached out by phone, and no one returns my phone calls. I was told by the manager of the complex ***** when I approached him about the missing payment and updated ledger. He stated to me that he has not gotten to my "project" yet and when he does, he will reach out to me. That was over two months ago. I repeatedly ask them about the missing payment, and no one wants to acknowledge the missing payment. I have requested for the amount that they lost be deducted from my rent amount for the month of May and that has not been done. I have attempted to make payments to bring the current balance down, but they get returned to me. I have reached out about a payment plan, and no one responds. I have had a letter sent to my house about non-renewal and eviction. I have requested for the amount that they lost be deducted from my rent amount for the month of May and that has not been done. I do currently owe for the month of May and June, and I will be taking care of that for I am responsible. However, I will not make any additional payments on top of what I owe, for I already completed that balance successfully, and due to the negligence of the condominium, they do not want to find the payment and are charging me more than what I am to pay. I want to know what will be my next steps and how to take care of this issue.Initial Complaint

HC REALTY LLC is unprofessional, racist, rude and unhelpful. (*********************************) is the property manager, Who is never in office. ( leasing office hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-12pm & 1pm-4pm.) No one ever answers the phone. Mold is everywhere (inside of unit as well) I went a whole year without being able to get fresh air inside of my apartment due to the windows being covered with mold. The mold in bathroom wall was painted over, when I contacted the property manager through the portal, she came unexpectedly to my unit ( during the covid-19 safety reinforcement ) came inside without permission with no mask, seen the mold and told me that if it was an issue for me to leave. I went 6 months unable to use the tenant portal due to a mistake on there end. They tried to evict me on a mistake she did and now is ignoring me when I asked for my security deposit.Initial Complaint

I have been living here a windward lakes for 4 years now. And you would think that they would treat the people that rents from them with respect and help them when its needed. But NO. No one answers the phones, the doors to the office is always locked and they leave early. I have been having problems with mold, insects, little black snakes coming through the door at the bottom, leaking of the ** unit, I have put in serval request for different things and when they do decide to come fix something its a quick fix that doesnt last long or its a fix that is careless. They come up with excuses for the mold and tell me to scrub it ( that for the bathroom) but what about for the ** room. They tell you they ordered parts but nothing comes and it never comes. I let them no about leaks in the sealing. Plumbing is horrible which brings black stuff for the sink and the toilet where you have to scrub everyday. The toilet because of the plumbing is so bad it leaks from the top of the lid and it doesnt flush properly. Like I have kids and I have to do my part by paying rent every month on time they should be able to do there part by keeping up with the place. Maintenance is slow on fixing things or they come and look at a problem then just close out the service request like they fixed the problem. Its not right. No one wants to be treated careless like you dont mean anything just a monthly payment. Only if your of their kind or you or a friend of theirs then you may matter other then that. Just pay your rent on time and deal with whatever problems you may have on your own. So after waiting outside for over an hour finding out there was a lady at the desk the hole time. And he says he had been there but I saw him. Walk into the pool area to the back door. But as soon as someone of their color comes to the door its a instant open.
