I used AirBnb to stay at Hollywood Towers ***** Jan and paid them in full. When I checked out, I had a zero balance since we paid the full amount to AirBnb. That night I saw. Charge of $694.52 on my CC. I called Hollywood Beach Tower and talked the ******* the office manager. He apologized and said that they would credit my CC the full amount. As of 11 Feb, no credit yet. I tried calling several times but ******* has not returned my messages.Business response

To Whom it may concerns,
Customer had a stay with our property from 1/24/23 to 1/28/23. Their credit card was charged in error since it was supposed to be a direct bill, upon letting our front manager (*******) knows on the same day (1/28/23) a refund was issued to the customer credit card. Please see attached. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
