              My daughter purchased multiple items at Surf style #*** and my debit card was charged twice for the purchase and they refused to give us our items. They stated the system didnt print a receipt so that means the sale didnt go through. However, my card was charged twice and when I showed the manager he threatened to call the police on her if I took my items that I purchased and was charged twice for. He was yelling and harassing her in front of the other customers. We left the store without my items and they have over $80 of my money that I received no merchandise for.

              ***************** store has original tag on t-shirt of *****. Also has a red sticker on t-shirt of $5 off original price. Take to register and rang up at *****. I say that price is **** and they say ***** cause the original price is 1****. I say show where, anywhere!, that indicates 1**** is original *************** says "the tag is how our store receives them and the original price is 1**** so you have to trust me." To our request for refund: No refunds allowed, only store credits, although we are still at the register where they processed the payment some 60 seconds prior.Watch out tourists, they pull fast ones which would never persist long within ethical stores who rely on repeat customers and goodwill. I left t-shirt in store and called credit card and contested charge.
