      On 03/23/25 I placed an order for two watches on Invicta website (*************************). The website promises orders will ship in 3-5 business days. Invicta has not sent any order updates as of today, 03/31/25.. I have sent two emails to ******************************* but I have not received a reply to the emails. I called the customer service phone number today, 03/31/25, and spoke with a customer service representative. I was informed that there was a delay and a shipping label has been created. I informed the representative that I wanted to cancel order due to shipping extended beyond 3-5 business days with no order update from the company. I was supposedly transferred to a manager but I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I left a message on the voicemail and requested a return phone call but no one returned my call today. As of today, 03/31/25, I have not received a shipping update. The order number is **********. The order total is $118.38. I would like Invicta to refund my money and I would like consumers to be aware of the company's terrible customer service which involves no email updates on order status, no response to customer emails and no return call from management.

      Good day, We have checked our data base and do not see an email from the customer in ref to requiring about order. We do reply to all inquires within 24 Business hours. The call was recorded and yes transferred to a manager. Being a busy Monday I reached out to the customer this am and confirmed that I have cancelled the order and refunded it. We did advise the customer on the call abut our delays. Thank you

      01/06/2025 I purchased two watches and wanted insurance on them, the girl who took care of me said she had to cancel the ****** transactions and recharge me again, and when I showed her that same day it was taken out of my bank, she said it would fall off, till this day today 02/05/25 have not seen any refund, and when I went back to the store, they all joked about it as they got away with this. No receipt was given to me. I called corporate, and they couldn't help me, I would like to know where that money went when they can't find the transaction taken from my bank. I can't seem to get anyone to help me with this refund that they owe me

      I purchased a watch from ************************ about a week ago. I paid for 2-day shipping. I received a tracking number however there has been no movement on my purchase since the time I purchased it. I attempted to send an email which was not responded to. I also attempted to call twice at both times the system told me that I could not reach customer service at this time and disconnected the call. I am still waiting for this package, however, I paid additional money for this package to be delivered two-day air and it has yet to be turned over to **** I'm wondering if this is a complete scam.

      I have not received a refund to my credit card at this time. I will continue to monitor my account for the refund before I am satisfied with this resolution. I never have received the package so I am uncertain that a refund will come through based on previous experience.

      Ordered a watch from Invicta on 12/8/24. They say it was delivered on 12/17/24 by the **** to my keyed entry mailbox which is locked but it was not. I noticed others having the same issues with delivery. Initially I just wanted a replacement sent but seeing the issues of others, I just want my money back. Had I read the complaints prior to ordering, I most certainly would not have done so.

      I made a purchase and was informed by Invicta that it was delivered. It was never delivered. They told me to contact ***. I contacted *** and they told me to contact the seller.

      Purchased an Invicta Pro Driver ***** watch on 3/4/2024. With the purchase, I added on the Extended Protection Plan, which covers accidental damage with zero deductible. The second hand broke and I sent the watch in for repair. Not only did I have to pay the shipping, but I received a call today stating that it'll cost $63.60 to repair my watch. I feel like I am being ripped off.

      I never received my order. I was told a delivery date and was told it would come to my residence. Now they said it was delivered to some dock. They refused to trace it or refund me my money. I spoke with *** and was told my address wasnt on the package anywhere.

      This is not a duplicate complaint. Orginally I never received the item and they wouldnt trace it. Since then o have returned the item and I havent received my full refund and they arent responding to any of my emails

      Good morning,

      I received the package on November 5, that same day I send back the package, I thought I was getting a brand new watch, since it was a watch that was return to the company by another customer, they decided to send it to me. I then received the same package from the company on November the 14, and I recent the package on the same day i received it. The tracking  number for November 5 is 1ZC6R3280397396863, the tracking number for November 14 is 1ZC6R3280331029927, both time I had to pay shipping fee.

      I just want my money back,  I really need my money with holiday approaching. I will never do business with them again.

      Dear Customer, N1 are non returnable as per our Policy this is because N1 are #1 of that series. The watch purchased was not used, the piece came straight from Invicta the manufacture to sell. These are new and unique pieces never sold before to a customer. We returned the watch to you and was sent back to us.       Is this company operating under false pretenses.  Invicta company will never do business like this with their customers, they always make sure that their customers are happy with their merchandize. I am sure hoping that I will get my money back.

      I am rejecting this response because: If they had told me that the watch is not refundable, I would have not bought the watch from them, that is not fair to me. If I was aware of their rules I would have not bought that watch from that company. They need make the customer aware of all the issues, like no refund.

      Invicta store, should let the customers know that their merchandize non-refundable and its used and I bet no one will buy from them. Don't deceive the customer by having the customer buy the merchandize and once they return it, its now non-refundable. Be honest with the customers. I really need my money back, I send back the watch the same day I received it

      Purchased a watch via invicta store online. **** said my watch was delivered on 10-22-2024 at 10:17am to a parcel locker. No watch was ever delivered. I emailed invicta and their response was "nothing can be done" I would like the merchandise I rightfully paid for delivered. I have been damaged $157.40 dollars with no means of relief.

      I had the watch company repair my watch order ***** in the end of july. They fixed it and repaired it and shipped it to the wrong address. It was returned to there headquarters. Upon arrival I emailed them to fix the address and they updated it. They said they would ship it out. So far I have not received my watch. I have emailed multiple times and called and ever time they state the watch will be shipped out and expect and email. I never get an email and it has been three weeks. So I am reaching out to you to get this resolved. I purchased insurance with this order too.
