We hired this company to replace our roof they charged us 30k our roof still has rooten wood they didnt replace and still leaking theyve been here 15 times and refuse to fix the issues

(1) Modern Installation Solutions, LLC (MIS) was the contractor which was signed by the customer.
(2) MIS subcontracted *************************** to only do the reroof.
(3) The customer paid MIS for all the work done at their ****************) The reroof included removal & installation as per code. It included replacement of deteriorated wood (not stained) as visible from the top of the exposed wood deck.
(5) After completion, two (2) concerns arose. CRS corrected the 1st concern on the lower flat roof.
(6) Regarding the 2nd concern: an independent technician, ***********************, negotiated with the customer to do the repair and any other repairs to any other roofs. Also agreed was the customer would reduce tree limbs and foliage to prevent shadows and allow drying out after rains. This also allowed *********************** to accomplish the minimization of ponding water.
(7) As a courtesy for MIS and the customer, CRS negotiated with *********************** so that there was no charge to the customer or MIS. The roof was coated as a courtesy.
(8) Recently the customer discovered that ***************** material installation failed, which CRS will correct as a courtesy to the customer and ************************
(9) The ********************** considerations ****** states that total correction requires extra cost.
(10) The customer needs to negotiate with MIS for someone to proceed.
