I had a poor experience with this company and I wish I did not hire them for my roof project.My roof had no leaks and I needed a roof replacement as it was nearing the end of its life. I met ****, who is an excellent salesperson and can really make you feel that your home is important to them. Once you sign the contract, everything went downhill and customer service was poor, and condescending if you have questions.Roof Work started in Early June and my final inspection completed on October 12. For 3-4 months, they let the underlay exposed to the extreme south ******* heat/sun and when I asked further about it, they gave me it takes standard response of ***** weeks for tiles to come in. ?!! Why would you take the tiles off my roof without having tiles to replaced them? They said it wouldnt take more than 3 weeeks from start to finish. Their excuse? Many, such as it was raining and the tile company gave my tiles to another customer etc etc. *********************** (owner) came into apologize and gave me verbal assurances that he's going to do his best to get the tiles delivered asap. I asked him to show me my order papers and in person was willing to show me but later on he emailed me that they dont share "internal documents". This lack of transparency is a HUGE red flag in a company.While they were working, the inspectors from the ****************** ordered the workers to get off the roof and not work in rain. I called to ask how long should they wait to put the glue/foam (so it doesnt get affected by the rain), no one seemed to be able to answer. If the inspector wasnt there, they would continue working in the rain. A While they were working, they left some area open and water came into my house, stained my ceiling and damaged my furniture. *********************** stated that they are NOT responsible for damages caused by their workers. I had no leaks before and because of their actions, now I have water damage in my home!!

The timing of this poor review is concerning. It is coming 3 months after we passed the final inspection and a short time after we have taken legal action to attempt to collect on final payment. We were contracted to replace a roof, which we did. We passed all our inspections, we did not fail any, nor did we receive any negative comments from the inspectors for this job.The timeline for completion on this project was affected because the homeowner asked to delay the start of the project. Once the client gave us the go ahead to begin work, we experienced delays including Tropical ******************* and the tile distributors inability to hold the tile. These delays, however, did not negatively impact the integrity of the new roof. As per the Notice of Acceptance ****** the roof could be without tile for up to 180 days. Tile was installed well within this time constraint. Although the homeowner claims that there were no leaks prior to contracting us, we found many areas of the roof that had rotten plywood. Our team members answered the clients questions throughout the entire process. We successfully completed the job that we were hired to do. The client has a beautiful new roof, and it is unfortunate that the client is unhappy.
