      Good afternoon, administrative estimates of the better business view in 2020 I bought the solar panels at Unlimited Solar which was financed by loanpal I have had many difficulties with these companies they have not done their job and they have not finished the work but the most urgent thing at this time is that they take out the solar panels and reinstall it. Hurricane *** left a lot of damage to my roof and I need to build all my roof. I won't be able to do it if they don't take out the solar panels because the roof contractor company doesn't do that job.I Call the unlimited Solar # On many occasions I spoke with the owner ****** phone ************ the gentleman has refused to take out the plots because he says that it is the responsibility of the manufacture and if he takes out the solar panels it will be like a new customer I told him that I definitely do not want to lose my guarantee with his unlimited Solar company for something I had I call loanpal I talk to customer service representative he informs me that they also do not have responsibilities that they are the financial one who has to answer is the manufacturing company and that I communicate with them I spoke with the manufacturing company and they tell me that they have nothing to do with that they are the ones who build the solar panels that unlimited Solar has to take it out and put it As you will be able to appreciate these 3 companies, none of them wants to assume their responsibilities to give me a budget and give my home insurance so that I can repair my roof. My roof is still open and covered with a tarp and I am already hearing noises on the roof because I have the suspicion that animals want to enter my roof please I come to you again to help me solve this situation with these companies since I have exhausted all my limits to be able to build my roof.       I purchased a solar energy system, including a backup battery ($10,000) for my home in 2018 at a total cost of $32,613, from Ross ******** LLC. The techs were from Unlimited Solar (same as *****). In Sept or Oct of 2021 I notified USNAO that the backup battery was not working. The company sent a tech to assess it, and then it was removed. I was told that it had to go to ** so that it could be tested and if determined to be faulty ** would send a replacement under their warranty of the battery, that ***** would get the new battery and do the installation. ** people tell me that battery is around 300 lbs. I have included photos showing where it was, next to the rest of the solar equipment.No one seems to know where my old battery is, there was no RMA # created (which I was told by ** that this is the process) and ** doesn't have the original battery. I am asking for a new battery, and that it be installed into my system as promised. I have not gotten any cooperation from ***** other than to be told they are looking into it. They have been paid, and they have the old battery! If they can't locate the old battery they are still responsible for it, their employee removed it from my home, and I was told that I would get a replacement under the ** warranty. I have been talking to two people at **, both are saying they need to have the old battery sent back with an RMA#, so it can be tracked, and that they have batteries in stock, and they will honor their warranty for it.

      At the end of 2020 I purchased a full set of solar panels and 3 ton AC from Unlimited Solar. I experienced numerous delays, runarounds, and lack of communication. The last missing piece was the AC installed this year. Finally, the work was completed. I thought finally, this is over. I then learn, I had a lien placed on my home because they did not pay their electric supplier although the contract clearly states a waiver of lien. It took me months to resolve this, on my own. Now I am now learning, they did not pull a permit for my AC. I have reached out to them for this information, in hopes that I am missing something, but as usual, NO RESPONSE.

      On XX-XX-XX I paid Unlimited Solar for two solar batteries and installation a total of $20,000. I was told by the salesperson, ******* ***** that I needed to pay the contract amount in full before 2021 in order to take the solar federal tax deduction, so I did. As of today, XX-XX-XX Unlimited Solar has not provided me with the Tesla solar batteries or installation. After repeated calls and messages, most of which went unanswered, I was told during the summer that the Tesla batteries were not available and I should take the Enphase batteries instead. Then I was told that would require a new county permit which could take months. During that time, I had to keep calling for updates, but was always told they are "waiting on the permit." I was finally given the date of October 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM for my battery installation. No one came. I called the salesperson and the office. I was told by the office that they had to cancel the installation for October 5 and that they don't have the batteries, never once notifying me of this in advance. That was the last straw. I did some research and found a neighbor who had used the same company. That day, I walked to their house and met them. They had an installation of solar and Tesla batteries this February 2021 by the same company, Unlimited Solar. I paid in full before they paid, and they received their batteries. I did not. At this time, it appears that Unlimited Solar has no intention of fulfilling their contract and is using my money instead to float their business. Several weeks ago, I was contacted by a lady in Delray. My name was given as a customer referral. It appears they are still signing up customers although they do not fulfill orders. They are engaging in fraud. I want my complete battery installation done or my $20,000 back.

      On August 30, 2020 my husband and I entered into contract with Unlimited Solar to provide for a solar system. Approximately two weeks later the company began installation of the solar system. After installation was completed at first everything seemed to be working correctly for about three months. After three months we started to notice that the solar panels were either not working at times at all or were partially working. Until today we still have one panel is broken and the company has not come to repair it. Upon contacting the company a representative was sent and after examining the system, they claimed the issue was the inverter. As of today they have changed three inverters. The sales person from the beginning assured us we have a discount on the FPL charge due to using the solar panel system, which never happened. After several times communicating with Chris our sales person he said we would receive the credit from FPL. Now has been 2 months that company has not communicated.

      My Solar has been down since June. Unlimited Solar sent someone over to check it out even though it did take a couple weeks, they did come. They needed a part and said it could be a couple of weeks. Fastforward to now, October 19th, they do not return any calls, I have no updates, and we are 5 months into the Solar outage costing well over $1000 so far. I fear the company has closed its doors. Google shows as "permanently closed" but phone and website are still live.

      Early August my circuit breaker keep tripping they replaces it after 3 weeks, the system is working except for the consumption part. They will not return my calls and will come out to fix it. The said it was a software issue, so I called enphase and they told me it is an issue at the house. I payed for consumption meter and it does not work. It worked until they put the new breaker in. The solar system is not even a year old

      I signed a contract with Unlimited Solar ti install solar panels and solar battery. Panels have been installed, however the batter has not been installed. The loan was funded in December and payments began in January, however I still do not have a battery. More than one promise to fulfill has been cancelled and now no one is returned my calls.

      I have some general questions abou the solar panels. I need a new roof (per Insurance company) and I need to talk with a company rep. I have called and the phone goes straight to voicemail. I have left several messages and I no one has contacted me. My wife has tried several times to speak with a company rep, but to no avail. I would like someone from the Company to give a me a call.
