On 2/4/22, I went to Body by Maggie/Forever Beauty for a consultation regarding a deal on ******** and decided to continue with the treatment. NOTE: THE MERCHANT DID NOT EXPLAIN THE RETURN OR CANCELLATION POLICY OR DESCRIBE THE ***** AND CONDITIONS NOR WAS I REQUIRED TO SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS OR CONTRACTS. During my session, I observed some unprofessional business practices. For example, the merchant allowed another client to watch my treatment without my consent despite me being in my undergarments. I paid the merchant $1272.00 on 02/04/22 at 7:40 pm for 10 massages. My next appointment was set for 02/10/22, I arrived for my appointment at 4:12pm. However, Body by Maggie/Forever Beauty was closed. I called the merchant who informed me that all appointments for the day had been cancelled due to a roof leak. My next appointment was set for 02/17/22 at 5pm. During my treatment on 02/17/22, I experienced extreme pain. The merchant did not end the treatment or attempt to change the treatment. Additionally, the merchant allowed yet again another customer into my treatment room to receive an injection in her chest. The merchant has no regard for customer privacy. After that treatment, I felt very displeased and disappointed in the service promised, so I decided to cancel the remaining treatment (8 out of 10). I called the merchant on 02/24/2022 and explained my discomfort and requested a return/cancellation. The merchant refused to return or credit me or provide proof of cancellation the remaining 8 treatments which would total about $1032. NOTE: DURING THIS EXCHANGE, THE MERCHANT ONCE AGAIN FAILED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY OR ***** AND CONDITIONS. After failing to reach an amicable agreement with the merchant, I decided to reach out to *********** for assistance. However, *********** is unable to help me because the merchant failed to provide proof of cancellation.
