June 18,2024 Executive Towing and Recovery I parked my rental at my home address which I mentioned above , The rental was Registered to park at My Apartment. On 7/18/2024 Executive Towing and Recovery came and towed The rental which was legal to park at My home address , i called this Business about ******************************************************************************* I could not retrieve the vehicle , i would have to contact Enterprise for them to pick up the vehicle . I asked them why did they towed the vehicle , The car was Registered to park there they told me, because the car was backed in that's why they towed it which is Unacceptable , If I have a legal Parking Permit and the car was Reversed in that gives this Business no right to tow the vehicle . Did they not check the License plate they just went ahead and tow the vehicle .Business response

According to invoice No. ***** Executive Towing and recovery towed my vehicle from the ********************* condominium ********************************************************* Fl @4:19 am April 28th 2024 and was delivered to their yard @4:45 am April 28th 2024. I am a new resident here at the complex and was never given a warning of any kind. I discovered my vehicle missing at 11:45am April 28th 2024. At this time, I had no idea what to do so I received relevant information from another tenant to locate my vehicle. I had to get an Uber to the address of the towing company and at that time the persons to whom I spoke with a poor attitude about my situation. I had to wait for 20 minutes for them to open up where my vehicle was stored. Upon getting to my vehicle I noticed damages. The damages to my vehicle are as follows:1. The flap on the tail of my trunk which has been there for 2.5 years is gone. Pictures from the towing company which were shown to me before releasing my vehicle has my flap on the trunk. The price of this flap is $233 not including taxes.2. The side skirts of my vehicle on the passenger side (under the door) were damaged. They damaged the side skirts and drilled the screws that was broken off into the front passenger fender of my vehicle. The screws were orginally drilled into the mud guard which is plastic material. So now there is not only damage to my side skirts but to my fender as well.All that has happened has caused me unnecessary money. I would like to have the damages to my vehicle replaced because the damaged parts were costly. All I want is for this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. If we cannot come to a resolution to this matter then I will seek legal consultation.Initial Complaint

My car was illegally taken from private property in a community. There was no TIMELY notification to law enforcement as to whom or where the car was taken by and its future destination.( Report given shows car taken at 8pm and reported to police at 8:59pm. We were unable to locate the car! ****** billing practicesthe operator quoted me a bill of over $600 stating a lien would be on the car /storage fee and administrative charges applied to result in this outrageous bill on day 4 of having the car. Attempting to come up with the random delayed another 2 days at which point a threat of losing the car on day 7 was given by company representative in charge. Itemized bill was demanded at point where a bill correction was made to $411 (165 tow fee+51 admin fee + 7 days of storage fee).Representative was advised I was pick up my vehicle before 6pm. Arrived at the towing yard to find my car doors unlocked and car unsecured in a high crime area. Unsuccessfully attempted to convey the outrageous business practices of releasing a car to unauthorized person and leaving money/jewelry/ possessions carelessly on the side of the street. Also the car suffered damages from the towing which caused severe financial stress.This company lied/tried to extort money for services not rendered, and released private property to unauthorized persons resulting in theft of personal belonging by their staff or their carelessness and disregard for private belongings in addition to numerous structural damages to the vehicle!They refuse to communicate or rectify!Please help!Initial Complaint

My car was towed from my driveway for expired registration. They came 440 am and charged me for over night when car was there less than 6 hours. The main thing is that they did something to my car. It is a 4 wheel drive car and they did not use a flatbed. Now my car rattles and makes a jumping movement in reverse and on turns. It is not drivable. I am without a car ,unable to fix it on social security,64 years old.
