My husband and I have been Invicta collectors for well over a decade. Between the two of us we have well over 40 watches. We have always purchased our watches on curise ships or online. We have never been to an actual brick and mortor Invicta store until last week. It was disappointing to say the least. We visited the store located at ***** ** ******* **** ****, Sunrise Florida ***** at the Sawgrass Mall. 1. We purchased over $1,500 in watches in store. Only to go home and find out that online all the watches we got were on sale online and if purchased online would have cost me less than $600! 2. "30 Day full refund policy, 100% satisfaction garaunteed" - If I want to return the watches I purchased in store then I get store credit, not an actual refund. They are two different things. Yet if I purchase the watches online I can return them in the store with the refund going back to the original payment method. This makes no sense! To make things worse if I return the watches the credit I get can only be used IN THE SAME STORE!!! can't use it online or at another location. 3. Life time warranty! I was very clear with the associate in telling him exactly which watches I wanted the life time warranty on and which ones I didn't. He kept trying to up sell me on a few more of them and I kept telling him NO, just the ones I want. In the end he charged me another life time warranty on one of the watches I didn't want anyway! Honestly considering we have such a loyalty to the brand of Invicta is this very disappointing and leaving a bad taste in my mouth. It's the principal of how things were handled and we were lied to in order for a sale to be made. We've never had this issue in our many, many years of purchases. After all of this I don't think I'll ever purchase another Invicta again!Review from Lance G

After purchasing several watches through this company. I received a watch that looked nothing like the one on their website , I called the customer service phone number. I was told they could not provide me a replacement. Even though their colors stated it was blue. The watch I received was at best aquamarine. customer service said they would return my money but could not provide me A watch that looks like the one on their website. after 20 years of working with this company. Junk watch I purchased 3 months ago broke already, and when I paid almost $60 for their shipping label (Outrageous!) and sent it to their repair facility in **** I received an estimate asking ME to pay to repair it. They say it has a 2 year warranty, and I have all the paperwork and their card with the warranty on it - but they refuse to honor it. This is shocking to be made to pay almost $60 for a *** label that THEY should have paid for, and then send me a bill to do the work stating it needs a "Cleaning and Overhaul", and a new mainspring after only 2 months of OCCASIONAL used.Review from Tim L

I bought a watch from invicta, the price was ****** . It lasted about 5 weeks before the watch broke. I wanted a refund but the company said it was past their refund policy. When I sent the watch back to be repaired I was told by a person from invicta to put back in the original box and send it back . When it was returned, it was returned in a cardboard box not the original box I sent it back to them in. I called in invicta the could send back the original box because I should not have returned it in the original box that I told to by an employee from the company Truthfully the original container was to me worth more than the watch. I went to my local Invicta store in DE to get a battery in my Hydromax. The Hydromax is a watch that is set for a water resistance of ****************************************** he could replace a battery but could not pressure test the watch. He stated that the pressure test machine had been broken for a while. I get a call about a day later that the watch was ready. I go to pick up the watch and they decided to charge me. I had purchased the lifetime battery warranty. They of course claimed they had no record. I bought the lifetime battery replacement in 2018 and had the receipt. Her words were we dont do that, but this time I will let it go. Again, been coming there since 2018 and bought the warranty there? Dont get it.Second, I asked, if you can pressure test the watch and it leaks water, you understand Invicta is liable? She then tells me that have never pressure tested a watch at that location? Again, coming there since 2018. She then claimed I needed to go to ************ for a pressure test!I called 2 other stores in 2 other locations in ******** (60 miles away) and They pressure test at both locations.And finally, I have a Venom with the hands falling off. I have 6 Invictas currently. Based on their durability and the rotten customer service at my location, never again. At he 5 year old ***** they start falling apart and the stores shun their service obligations,Poor training at this location.Called customer service 2 days ago, no response. Will try and sell them if I can. Dont recommend to anybody for a long term investment. Based on price DONT DO IT, for what you get..Review from CURTIS S

I ordered a watch from them they told me the limited edition was sold out and there were no more after accepting my money and waiting for the watch mad but ok limited edition sold out but months later same limited edition watch is back up for sale for double the money same watch Don't ;like being CONNED.Review from Brian M

Placing order online, tried to apply discount code but it resulted in submission of the order. Could not reach anyone and no way to cancel. Had to dispute with my bank. Buyer Beware..... Purchased a watch from them and it was shipped... I never got it... They said it was delivered but it didn't require a Signature.... Who does that on a $200 Watch.... It was shipped UPS and then UPS handed it over to USPS.... USPS said there was no insurance... Customer service said I was on my own because they said it was delivered.... If it would have required a signature, I would have received it.... Will never purchase another one from them... I'm out $200...Review from Don M

I spent about $400 on what I thought was a nice watch, very stylish.Made sure it was 100 meter so I could where it in our pool.First time in the pool it fogged up. We sent it back for repair at a $28.00 cost. After a long wait I got it back to find out it did not keep time. Sent it back again and after another long wait I got it back still not working. Now it is a paper weight and the company now ignores our communication.Would give a -1 star if I could.
