I am a disabled veteran (USMC 8 years *****) and it is really hard for me to do the things I used to. That's why I hired PWR Car Window Repair. I spoke with **** and within a couple days he and his cousin showed up Oct 19th for the repair. **** said that it wasn't my sunroof causing the leak and that it was my back window that was causing the leak. He asked if I was okay with sealing up the back window and that it would fix the problem. I agreed because I never use it to begin with. They caulked the back window shut. **** said if I have any problems to call him and he would come back and fix it the right way. He said that he would have to replace the back window. He guaranteed his work for a year and then told me I owed him $381 for the repair. I thought that was expensive for an hour of work, but if my fixed my truck, then okay. It wasn't until we had a couple days of steady rain that I noticed that the leak was back. I called **** Nov 21st and told him. He said he was on vacation for a few weeks and he would take care of it when he got back. He needed to order a new window to replace the old one. I asked if what I already paid would go towards the new window? He reassured me that it would. A few weeks went by, but I hadn't heard back. After Christmas I texted him and got no response. I reached out Jan 5th and he told me that he was out of town and that his cousin would be getting in touch with me. *** 13th, I called ****, and he said he was still out of town and he would call his cousin and get him out there that day to fix my truck. Nothing happened. No one called, and no one showed up. January 16th, I left a voice message asking what was going on. January 19th **** answered and said the same thing. I asked for a refund. He said that was for materials. Caulk is $8. His cousin would contact me. Three hours, still nothing. I called back, and he wouldn't answer my calls. He would forward my calls to voice-mail. Jan 22nd, he called me and hung up the phone.
